Résidences de vacances à Perledo

« Great view Despite the instructions Difficult to find the place but great place when you are there »

« Un séjour très agréable dans une très jolie villa des années 20' En entrant dans le hall recouvert de marbre, on se prend un peu pour des vedettes de cinéma dans cet endroit paradisiaque. La vue sur le lac est époustouflante, à toute heure du jour ou de la nuit : la lumière change sans arrêt. La chambre et la salle de bains sont bien situées, avec l'utilisation possible d'une cuisine partagée. Claudia a été aux petits soins avec nous pour nous donner toutes les informations utiles et veiller à...

« The view from this room was really pretty overlooking the lake. It is just up the hill from the train station and the town so easily walkable. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the host was very communicative. We were able to drop our luggage off at a sister property as we arrived earlier than the 2 o’clock check-in and didn’t want to tote everything up and down the hills. The balconies were an added bonus. »

« Firstly, the hosts were incredibly communicative as we had a few issues we had to navigate. One, the description of the property didn't match what we received. We booked through Expedia which was where the discrepancy in the number of bathrooms showed up. We verified later that other listings only showed one bathroom. For this reason, I'm putting blame on Expedia. The second issue we had was a leaky air conditioning unit that dropped water on the sofa bed. We resolved this by moving the bed away...

« Property was as good as advertised if not better. Amazing views, great location, lots of room. Claudia was a fantastic host, great communicator, and saved us in a pinch. »

« Property is beautiful, and felt like home. Owner was very responsive to last minute issues. Very close to the bus stop. Once you are in the COMO area, be ready to walk. The UBER, Taxi are not reliable at all and the bus service is very poor during the day, but runs free service at night after 7/730 pm, which is pretty regular and nice. Will stay here again on my next visit as well, may be will bring less luggage... lol. »

« Nous avons passé un très agreable séjour.La maison est agréable à vivre.La vue est tès belle.Une suggestion installer une table exterieure pour dejeuner et un petit salon près de la cuisine .L 'acces au jardin et à la terrasse couverte n est pas facile lorsque les bras sont chargés. »

« Nice apartment but no mention whatsoever that you can only use the pool for 1 hour a day and the Jacuzzi for half an hour a day. ( advert makes it sound like you have your very own jacuzzi but you done. It’s shared with about 12 other Apartments ). Garden needs a tidy up. BBQ could’ve been cleaned properly ( as it wasn’t I left it in the same state of found it ). Apartment itself is nice a modern. Lovely views »

« Mrs. Claudia our host was so kind and full of information to make our stay memorable. The villa was beautiful, like out of a storybook. We enjoyed walking the path down to Varenna. It was challenging and beautiful. We would recommend a stay in this beautiful location. »
