The property was good although open plan layout should have been made clear as we were traveling with young children who need closed off sleeping areas and two of the beds with effectively in the main living area. Toilet in shower room was leaking and shower drain blocked in addition both bathrooms downstairs were quite smelly. In addition to being virtually next door to Gamborini's pasticceria, it was within walking distance to the Centro storico and all it has to offer. « The appartment was spacious and was exactly as they said; the a/c worked well, the washing machine did as well. When one of the lights wasn't working they came quickly to fix the problem. The location was great - there is the Sept 11th park a few blocks away with a playground and carousel, and San Felice a few blocks away that you can walk to centro on (or take a bus). There is also a supermarket close by, and of course lots of caffe's. We will definitely come back to stay where when we return...

« The location of the flat is perfect, it it about max.15 minutes to the old town by foot. The flat is quite big and comfortable. Whole communication, check in, out, any other questions, was friendly and uncomplicated. It was a perfect stay for me, but if you prefer more silence, than it could be a bit too crowded outside. The building/house self is very quiet. There are just a lot of taverns in the area. Thank you very much dear Team! »

« Die Außenfassade wurde saniert, worüber wir vorher nicht informiert wurden. Wir haben den Balkon nicht benutzen können, nicht einmal der Blick aus dem Fenster war möglich. Wir wurden morgens durch Baulärm (Schlagbohrer) geweckt, sowie durch Bauarbeiter, die vor dem Fenster auf ihrem Gerüst herumgelaufen sind. Diese waren allerdings sehr freundlich und haben die Klimaanlage repariert. Hätten wir das vorher gewusst, hätten wir die Wohnung nicht gebucht. »

« They said there was wifi and there wasn’t. The fridge did not work. The picture showing the beautiful garden actually belonged to the person who lived next to the studio. There was no door to the bathroom. There was plywood everywhere. The look was high and difficult to access even thought we are fit and trim women. Worst place I have ever had to stay in. »

« Très bien accueilli par Valerio et Martina, ils donnent même des conseils pour aller manger ou simplement visiter. Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages avant la prise du logement. Le logement est bien en lui-même, il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Par contre nous n'avons pas réussi à nous connecter au wifi. Et il y a eu du bruit des voisins jusqu'à 2h du matin. »
