We are truly not trying to mislead our guests and we are upset to think that this was your impression. We are also disappointed to note that you did not feel the room matched the standard of the rest of the hotel. While ,in fact, not one of the newly redecorated rooms, we are still proud to be able to allocate these rooms and we take heart from the fact that you did think it was a new room which would indicate it is still at a very fresh standard, albeit not to your taste.
