« We are from Greeley and just came up for the night. We went downtown Estes for dinner then came back to the room. We sat in the hot tub under a completely clear sky! We could see every star! The sound of the river is very calming. We did contact the owner. He got back to us in a matter of minutes! Very easy process and a great night away. We will be back! »

« Although I had a hard time finding it at first and had to unload late at night, Sandi had left the porch lights on for us, and we had no problems with wildlife. It was such a quiet and peaceful area out in a new development off the main roads. My pups and I felt very welcome and Sandi answered any questions I had and stayed in touch with me although we did not get to meet. »

« Everything was just about perfect. We will rent there again when we come back to the area! The only minor issue was that we got to Manitou very late, around midnight, and had not eaten all day. However, the host greets you when you get there and lets you in. To avoid getting there even later, we drove to Manitou from Denver as soon as we got our rental car. « Loved this tiny house. We have never stayed in one and this place did not disappoint! We stayed 2 night for my 40th birthday. Gwen had everything for us. Blankets on the porch next to the fireplace after getting out of the hot tub. Just amazing! We will definitely be back! Oh and so close to Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods, this place can't be beat! »
