« My daughter and I both enjoyed our stay in the condo. Kathy was a wonderful host who responded to all questions very quickly. The condo itself was very clean, the pools are easy to access with amenity cards, and there were plenty of extra directions provided in the messaging tab of vrbo once the condo was booked to make getting to the condo and checking in a breeze. Parking is tight and meant for smaller vehicles but there are additional spaces nearby. The mini-fridge had plenty of room to store...

« This is the second time we have stayed at Sunsuites. The rooms are small but comfortable and very quiet. Although there was a really good band playing at the resort next door, we never heard them in our room. The unit is close to the beach and all the other amenities at Fripp. »

« We rented Second Star for a staycation for our family and company bbq for our small team. The place was perfect! I couldn’t believe the details in every single room, how clean and brand new everything was, the outdoor set up was incredible and perfect for a cookout and swim time! Very quiet, tranquil, and equipped with everything you could possibly need! Alecia was the most responsive host and delightful to work with. Will absolutely come stay again! »

« We stayed for a week and wished it was longer. The moment you walk up the stairs, see that view of the ocean, and open the doors to the deck, you can’t help but go “ahhhhhh”. The walks on the beach, the deer grazing in the “back yard”, and the sound of the ocean together with a house that just feels warm and welcoming make for a fabulous stay. »

« We've been visiting Fripp every summer for many years and this New Haven villa was one of our favorite rentals on the island. It has the most stunning ocean views with spectacular sunrises in the morning. We saw dolphins frolicking from our shady covered patio several times. The condo itself was very comfortable, clean and convenient and better stocked than most places we've stayed. The host responded quickly to all questions and was easy to work with. A fantastic week! We highly recommend this...

« We loved staying in this property! It was easy access to the beach and the Sandbar! I love that it was dog friendly and my dog had plenty of space to roam around! The island is very dog friendly which I LOVE! Will definitely be returning back to this property. »

« The house met all our needs! Very clean. Will probably stay there again. We go once a year, sometimes twice. I was disappointed in the bikes. They were not rideable Loved the beach supplies Thanks so much for letting us rent your home. »

« We had the best time! The condo was very clean, easy access to the beach, and beautiful views from the back porch. Huge plus with the golf cart to scoot around on the island and enjoy all the views and wildlife. Steve was very wonderful to deal with and communicated very well and very quick to respond. We will most definitely be back in the future! Excellent location, place and property manager!! »
