Bon hôtel vers ou depuis le Sequoia National Park
Accueil un peu expéditif et personne pour faire le checkout. Hôtel moderne, les chambres sont très belles et confortables. Le petit déjeuner la semaine est servi à partir de 6h, ce qui est bien si vous devez quitter tôt. Nous étions de notre côté trop tard donc n'avons pas vu de quoi il avait l'air. Un bon arrêt sur la route vers ou depuis le Sequoia National Park. Sinon, aucun intérêt, rien à faire dans les environs et l'hôtel est au milieu de nulle part.

We apologize for the inconveniences you experienced during your stay. We strive to be the best hotel we can be so we can provide the best possible experience for our guests. We do have a Mall down the street from us,along with restaurants near by. Old Town Clovis is down the street. I do apologize about our staff not letting you know what is around our location.

I did not appreciate the fact that a man came in at the same time we did to check to see if a room was available and he got a room for quite a bit less than we did. I made my reservations months ago through Expedia. Shouldn't i get the better rate then someone just walking in and hoping to get a room for the night?

I would give it a five star if it wasn’t for the very dirty/dusty floor. I would get out of the shower and step on the floor and my feet would be all dirty again. All in all, Had an amazing time here. I would recommend this place to family and friends.

Due to the amazing ratings this hotel had we decided to book a 2 night stay here. Upon arrival the room seemed great. When i went to take a shower that evening the shower was dirty and had hair all over the floor. The top sheet of the bed smelled horribly so we slept with only the thin sheet. it was also incredibly noisy with the maids talking loudly in the hallway, kids running down the hall and a dog barking in the room across from us. the staff were very nice despite the cleanliness and noise levels

The property itself is nice. The problem was that on the first morning I was awoken by a planned fire alarm test of the whole hotel system. This occurred before 8 AM and as I was trying to go back to sleep, I received a phone call from the front desk stating that someone would be coming by to check the fire alarm as part of the test within the next two hours! Unacceptable. The next morning I heard a door slam and then an insane amount of screaming by a woman losing her $hit! She was screaming so loud, at someone at the end of my hallway, that everyone eventually came out into the hall or called the front desk. It seemed like the whole staff was there. So I was hoping to be able to sleep in both mornings and both mornings I was rudely awoken. If you’re going to have a planned fire alarm test Before 8 AM, warn your guests, so they can either choose somewhere else to stay or be prepared to go to sleep earlier.

We usually stay at this location…but unfortunately the internet wasn’t connecting to my laptop,the only channel available was cnn and the fridge wasn’t working . Also the free breakfast wasn’t that great the hash brown wasn’t fully cooked.I don’t think I’ll stay here again.

Staff was attentive and friendly. I forgot my charger late at night and they were happy to have someone escort me to feel safe. Lots of dove shampoo conditioner and lotion which is a plus for me. Very clean. Comfortable dining area with tv.
