Beautiful in Every Way
One of the best hotels I have stayed at. From the moment walking in to the moment leaving, the staff was extremely hospitable and helpful. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Even the smell when you walk into the lobby was luxurious. I look forward to returning each time I visit Frankfurt.

If I could give a 6th star for our experience at this hotel, I would! The staff went above & beyond to ensure we had the best experience possible. They were very nice & helpful. Additionally, the hotel was very clean & in an excellent location on an 8-minute walk from the Frankfurt HBF & a 10-minute walk to the okd town square.

Not as good the second time around ….
My second time in this hotel - the first stay was in the spring of 2023 - and I had enjoyed it so much, I booked again for December 2023. Although I had booked a deluxe room again, this time around the room allocated was much smaller and some of the amenities were missing (bathrobe, slippers). Had asked for a quiet room (and the room was stated to be noise insulated) but was woken up at 5am each morning by noisy delivery trucks……

Staff at reception are very friendly and accommodating. Room cleaning services come too early for our preferences and knock on door despite a ‘do not disturb’ notice on door. Room services failed to clean our room or change towels, despite us following their procedure of informing reception we had vacated the room for the day. Breakfast is until 11am on weekends and there is a menu of options to choose from the kitchen but we were told at 10:45 that the kitchen was already closed and we could not have the order we requested, despite being told by another member of staff that the kitchen was open till 11am on weekends. On second day room was cleaned just after we left as again we followed the hotel procedure but it was annoying that we had to check twice it would get done. It’s not the sort of service one expects or needs to check of such a hotel. On the checkout morning again (3 days in a row now) we got a knock on the door from room services!! We informed them we were checking out and could clean the room after we left! When at the reception checking out we were asked to pay €120 for breakfasts taken, which was embarrassing as we had breakfast included and paid for in our bookings. So overall definitely not a 5* service for such a lovely hotel. I can also add that bed linens were not changed at all during our stay nor were they checked if they were or were not clean. Uber taxis cannot find the hotel at all, but that’s not the fault of the hotel so do not use Uber there.

This is a beautiful and comfortable hotel. The room has a great design and a comfortable bed. It is a Marriott hotel and is a bit expensive but worth it. It is within walking distance of the main train station and the old town. The breakfast is good but a little expensive. Overall we had a great stay here.

Great hotel in great location. Close enough to walk from train station, close enough to walk to all the sites, shopping, restaurants, opera and churches. Only a 15-20 minute car ride to the airport. Good breakfast, great rooms but gym is lacking free weights. Will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel, in a nice quiet area but all shopping and restaurants within an easy walk. The rooms were beautifully decorated. Receptionists were extremely polite and kind.

The hotel itself was good but there was a dj concert happening two buildings down and it was so loud that I could not sleep. The hotel merely responded with earplugs that did not help at all. The service about it was off putting. I’d check before booking at this place that there’s no events happening nearby.
