Gros potentiel mais des lacunes
Très belle hôtel, bien situé pour une étape vers l’Alaska. Grand parking, très belle chambre, spacieuse et confortable. Très propre mais malheureusement comme souvent, très bruyant, mal insonorisé ! L’accueil était également très froid et très impersonnel, très long et laborieux, plutôt désagréable après une grosse journée de route et de visite, dommage.

I was very satisfied with the Lakeview Fort Nelson. The front desk staff was very helpful. The common areas were clean and well-maintained. My room was large, comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The included breakfast offered a lot of choices. My only comment for the future: The room's window curtains don't thoroughly darken the room. Perhaps they could be upgraded at some point. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Right off the main road, so convenient location, but backs up to some ghetto housing with no fencing in between. I was worried about parking our Uhaul there. The staff seemed stoned. Great breakfast though. Great price.

I assure you our staff was not under the influence of drugs. All of our staff are trusted members that make up our team. Although the mobile homes behind us are currently undergoing renovations the tenents have not presented us with any issues. We trust the remainder of your journey will find you safely at your destination.

I have stayed at the Lakeview Inn and Suites many times passing through Ft. Nelson. It is consistently good. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Some amenities are not always available, but if you are looking for a clean quiet comfortable place to rest, I recommend this hotel.

We had issues with the heater in our original room, and got upgraded but both rooms are in need of renovations.

Over all the room was nice. But I am a bit picky when it comes to cleanliness. The jacuzzi was dirty with soap scum, and the light switch plates were dirty. So yes I would stay here again, I just wanted to point those things out.

It seems as though our attention to detail failed you in this room. I am holding a meeting with the person responsible for cleaning of this room and retraining will obviously be undertaken. I am terribly sorry for your experience as it is not the normal level of cleanliness that our guest have come to expect. We are happy to hear that you will return. Until then Safe Travels!

The housekeeping team did a poor job in preparing the room. There was dirt everywhere, the side tables were not dusted, and the floor was not properly mopped, with debris visible in the corners. Additionally, there was hair in the jacuzzi and the washroom. It was disappointing to see the lack of attention to cleanliness. On the other hand, the front desk ladies, Merielle and Kelly (I hope I have the names correct), both the AM and PM shift attendants, were exceptional in customer service and demonstrated great multitasking skills.

We are terribly sorry to hear this, it sounds as though this room should not have been available to assign as it was not finished. This is not at all the clean and comfortable surroundings we are known for. Generally we score high for our cleanliness. I am discussing this with housekeeping momentarily to ensure rooms not cleaned are noted and removed from sale until fully and properly prepared. Please accept our deepest apologies.

This is my choice accommodation in Ft Nelson for a quick overnight stay. Location is convenient with easy parking that allows me to see my vehicle from the room. Friendly and helpful staff.
