Appart hôtel bien équipé. La kitchenette est un reel plus. Le petit dejeuner est correct. La piscine est tres jolie. Le personnel est tres agréable. Seul petit reproche sa situation géographique un peu eloignee des activites de Fort Myers. Bien si vous avez une voiture.

A besoin d'un rafraichissement
Commence à vieillir un peu. Les parties communes et les chambres ont besoin d'un bon rafraichissement. Sinon la piscine est sympa, le petit déjeuner aussi. Pas trop mal placé dans Fort Myers. Pas mal de restos aux alentours

Décevant, plutôt désuet comme installation. Décoration vieillotte et présence de fourmis. Heureux d’avoir été là moins de 24 heures. Toutefois, le déjeuner inclus était très bien.

Calme et propre
Hotel très calme au fond du zone commerçante. Grandes suites avec salon et kitchenette séparés de la chambre. Bonne literie. Le ménage est fait quotidiennement. Petit déjeuner complet avec plat chaud et manager reception du lundi au jeudi. WiFi gratuit avec une bonne connexion. Piscine extérieure au centre de la terrasse de l'hôtel avec barbecue à disposition. Le personnel est accueillant et efficace. Grand parking autour de l'établissement.

Super Acceuil on nous a laissé la chambre jusqu'à 14h donc possibilité d aller à la plage le matin gratuitement sur simple demande, très bon petit déjeuner, chambre avec cuisine grande mais devrait être rénové car veille

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Déjeuner inclus, 4 soirs semaine, un 5 â 7 très agréable. Petit point mineur, le matelas du divan lit. Personnel poli. Ambiance agréable.

Bon accueil. Très bonne prestation. Hotel tres bien tenu. A recommander pour les séjours en famille, nous étions cinq, deux adultes,trois enfants.

Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans une suite très correcte, mais le style de l'hôtel est un peu vieillot. Le personnel est très gentil, et très attentif au soins des clients. Piscine un peu petite, petit-déjeuner limité pour nous, européens, mais très correct. Buffet du soir non testé car proposé trop tôt (de 17h a 19h). Possibilité de laver son linge. Séjour sans aucun soucis.

Told there was a $75 charge for pet. Should have known this before check in. They said this was on you not them. We were OK but some people may not have this

Front desk staff were great , however first room I got smelled like it arrived at an abandoned property. The smell was bad and dirty. Front desk were able to give me another room . Next morning went to iron my clothes to attend a funeral and the ironing board was broken. Once again had to call again and get a new one . The property itself is not new and not the cleanest .

We had a last minute walk in need for a room and the staff was very kind and accommodating. The room was very well kept and maintained. The breakfast was sufficient. The hot tub was not working during our stay which was a bummer, but overall a very good experience.

Clean rooms. The extra, separate living room and kitchen area is a plus. The staff is very friendly. And the breakfast was the best of the the 3 hotels we stayed in going from Chicago to Florida. However, our main concern was the bed. It was quite hard and uncomfortable and woke up with a sore back that took a few days to go away. Otherwise this would be rated highly recommend and the best of these category of hotels.

It was in a great location for what we needed, it was close to a LOT of shopping and dining areas, it was relatively close to beaches, and the property itself was clean and safe. We also enjoyed the dinner and drink Wednesday evening for the guests!

Check in hotel and we go to our room to discover bedbugs in the bed. I went to the front desk to inform them of the bedbugs and they changed the room. My family and I slept sitting up in the chairs because they refused to lay in the beds. I requested a refund for the remainder of the stay and the hotel refused. We moved to another hotel (Hampton Inn) and that stay was perfect.

This Hotel is close to restaurants and stores. Breakfast was wonderful every morning. We will definately be coming back for a longer stay next time.

Great breakfast. Stafff was nice. Room had some broken furniture and the toilet ran almost non stop. It’s not quite an embassy suites but it’s a good contender for traveling with kids.

Spacious enough for 3 adults. Housekeeping did not replace paper towels/toilet paper (Had to ask at front desk). Not really sure what housekeeping did as beds were never made up. At least towels were replaced. Ice maker broken in fridge. Reported it and was advised they take a little while to start. (Still not working after our 6 nights!) had to ask for a baggie of ice at front desk! Paid a lot of money for a little inconvenience.
