Fantastic property great location

Property details were not accurate, at the time of booking the listing showed there was a gym, which was not the case, there was a treadmill that was shown on the website listing, but we were told that the owner would not allow us to use it, had we known this we would have not booked the property, as our daughter wanted it to aid with her recovery. There were numerous maintenance issues that were resolved reasonably quickly, however, the family bathroom shower was broken and it took two weeks to repair the issue.

Great location, nice home

Our visit was for 10 days. Check in was easy. The home is stocked with all basic needs, along with many kitchen appliances. The location is perfect in relation to Times Square, restaurants and the beach. Great balcony and pool area (images make the balcony look tighter/smaller than it actually is), has bay views. The beach is roughly a quarter of a mile walk, not far at all. The home is stocked with beach chairs, towels and wagons to make the walk to the beach more comfortable. We had a small issue with the pool (was 106 degrees in July, someone had left the heater on previous to us) but the management company had maintenance over immediately, and he continued to monitor the situation for a day or so. I mention this to highlight the speedy response of their team. There were 5 in our party but the home sleeps 6 comfortably. The master bed is very comfy as well. All bedrooms and bathrooms are a good size.
