Oksana, the office manager, is absolutely incredible.... She's so nice and let me keep my bag in the room until it was ready. They need to clone her to be in every customer service position at every company !!!!!

Very positive experience. Late September is not high season, and perhaps this helped. However, the apartment was delightful and did not lack any comfort. Parking is included, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The area is nice, not very close to the beach or the center. If you love walking there is no problem otherwise you should know that when staying in this area you will have to use transport to get around.

Pleasantly surprised, Got there after check in time and didn’t read check in policy before arrival about calling in if going to be past check in time decided to go to managers office and there was an envelope taped to the wall with my name and directions. Great service!! The place is a hidden gem. Highly recommend. Clean, updated. Will stay again in the future. Thanks to the management staff.

First, let’s talk about this beautiful place. I love how it’s only 5 minutes from the beach. Beautiful view of the bay. It has a pool. The rooms had really cool themes. Mine was the south beach theme. Although we got there a little late after the check in times, Oksana was able to check us in. She was really awesome and able to give us a late check out so that we could experience more of Fort Lauderdale. The rooms were very clean and beautiful. The bed was so comfortable. They even had bathrobes for us AND a freaking fishing rod to go fishing. The only thing I didn’t like was the little geckos but that was out of the hotels control. Also they have a really cool green iguana roaming around. We were also minutes away from amazing restaurants, about 20 minutes from Seminole Hard Rock Casino and the airport. My wife and I love the place and will DEFINITELY come back. I highly recommend you all to go to this place. I guarantee you’ll love it. Big thanks to Oksana and the hotel for allowing us to stay there! You guys are awesome

Just needed a little get away to recharge and relax and could not have picked a better place than Villa Venezia. The staff are just amazingly attentive and helpful, and the room was very comfortable, immaculately clean, and had anything and everything we needed. Lovely barbeque grill area and table we will enjoy next time. Small in space, the grounds, but so much more pleasant than a concrete jungle. Right on the water with a balcony that looked over the water, and grounds that were extremely well kept. People staying there chatted with each other and it was a very friendly vibe with places to sit and eat your breakfast or drink a bottle of wine in the breeze. It is near enough to the trendy and vibrant Las Olas Blvd for us to walk there but not near enough to be crazy traffic. Here is the real ticket......Would I stay there again? In a heartbeat I WOULD!!!! Thank you to Andrea and her team for making my stay THE BEST. .

A lovely property, perfectly positioned by the peaceful canal: a half hour walk one way to the beach and 20 minute walk the other way to Las Olas Boulevard with all its great restaurants and cafes. The owner and staff couldn’t have been more helpful and made us feel so welcome and instantly relaxed. Our apartment room was wonderful - beautiful view from the balcony and so clean, spacious and very well equipped. Would love to go back!
