Come relax in our tropical, and beautifully remodeled home just 1.5 miles from the beach. Lay back and swim/surf/suntan at the beach, do some shopping, sip cocktails at renowned restaurants, or come back to grill out and lounge between palm trees. Nestled between West Palm Beach, Boca Raton and Fort Lauderdale, you're in the heart of the best South Florida has to offer!
We also have 2 designated workspaces & ultra high-speed wifi if you need to stay productive while sneaking in some sunshine.
The space
➤ Spacious fenced-in backyard featuring a tropical terrace complete with cozy couches and a hammock
➤ Large outdoor grill with griddle and counter space
➤ Patio table with umbrella for shade - Seats 6
➤ Beach Gear - clean beach towels, fold-up beach chairs, umbrella, two boogie boards, coolers, and beach toys
➤ High-Speed WIFI
➤ 3 bedrooms - King size beds for the two primary bedrooms. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with stairs to the top bunk for easier access - Full size bed on the bottom and Twin size on top. The house sleeps 6.
➤ 2 Full bathrooms - main bath features a shower/tub combo, the other has a shower with rainfall head and a high-powered shower wand.
➤ 4 smart TV's - one in each bedroom and an OLED 75'' smart TV in the living room.
➤ One electric adjustable height desk located in one of the primary bedrooms ➤ One seated desk located in the bunk-bed room.
➤ Tankless hot water heater that supplies unlimited hot water. (No cold showers, unless that's what you're into.)
➤ Full-sized washer and dryer free for guests to use. We just ask that you shake the sand out first to keep the machines in good condition. We also have an iron and ironing board.
➤The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including a fridge with an ice maker, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, coffee grinder, InstantPot, electric griddle, blender, toaster, tea kettle, bakeware sets and cookware sets
➤ 2 yoga mats + 1 Foam Roller
➤ One high chair available upon request
➤ Approx. 1270 ft²/ 117 m² of space.
➤ Covered carport - fits one vehicle. The driveway fits an additional 1- 2 cars. Out of respect for our neighbors, we ask that you only park in the driveway.


IMPORTANT NOTES:
▫︎ Our home is in a residential neighborhood, and we are very close with all neighbors. There are absolutely no parties or gatherings allowed in the home, only the individuals listed on the originally booking. If this does not fit your needs/wants, we appreciate your interest in our listing but this is not the home for you.
▫︎Toilet paper, garbage bags and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide replenishment for the remainder of their stay.
▫︎The overhang of the carport is a a bit low so open your vehicle hatch or trunk at your own risk.
Guest access
You will have access to the whole home, yard, BBQ grill and beach essentials. The only exception is our our supply cupboards next to the bathroom and the closet in the Bunk Bed bedroom, although the Bunk Bed room still has drawer storage available.
