We understand how frustrating it must have been if you were not aware of our renovations or the location of the pool. We are currently upgrading our facilities to better serve our guests. We check our profile regularly to ensure that the renovations are clearly listed on there, although we understand that not everyone will see that section prior to booking. There is also a feature on the hotel profiles that shows you the geographic location of the hotel. Some guests find that tool very useful as well. And as always, we are happy to answer any guest inquiries if they wish to save time and talk to someone directly or ask questions through our profile directly, versus reading through all the profile information. Thank you again for your feedback, we will use this valuable information to improve our services going forward.

During periods of heavy rain, the pool can become temporarily cloudy, perhaps this might have happened. We will be sure to escalate your concerns to our maintenance department so they are aware. Hello Philippe, We are thrilled to hear that you enjoyed how new and clean the renovated rooms are! Yes, we do have multiple buildings on our property. We have only reopened the buildings that have completely finished the renovations so our guests can enjoy all the wonderful changes right away. You are correct. We are not beach front, although we are conveniently located between Lauderdale by the Sea to the north and Beach Place to the south and we also have a convenient beach access point located at Oakland Park Blvd and A1A. There is also a number 11 bus that goes up and down A1A making it easy to visit any of the number of beaches in the area. I hope that information is helpful. We do take a 200 deposit which covers any incidentals and any items taken from the mini bar in all rooms. We also do offer housekeeping service but it is complimentary.
