Reposant
Petit havre de paix à 5 minutes à pied de la plage et du boulevard animé de Fort Lauderdale. Patio très agréable avec piscine et fontaine. Chambre spacieuse, joliment décorée et propre.Dommage qu'il n'y ai pas de petit déjeuner. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Quartier calme, à 5 min à pied de la mer. Accueil dans l'hôtel de l'autre côté de la rue. Parking devant. Jolie chambre bien meublée. Seul bémol: salle de bains exigue sans mobilier pour poser ses affaires et pas d'eau chaude dans a douche !

Très bon sejour en couple
Très bon séjour en couple du 21 au 22 avril 2015, le lit était très confortable, le personnel disponible pour vous rendre le séjour agréable, la piscine était bien chaude même à 7h du matin. Le quartier est très calme et la cerise sur le gâteau est la proximité de la plage. Nous comptons revenir dans cet hôtel en famille l'année prochaine.

This hotel is an unknown jewel. The room is large and well furnished. The limited number of rooms is a bonus. This hotel also has an inner garden with a small pool. We enjoy our stay there and hope to return one day.

Safe wasn't working. No power in the bathroom hairdryer wouldn't work. Other then that it was okay.

Quaint. Loved the courtyard/pool area. We stayed there a couple times. First room 1103 was very small and the bathroom faucet fell off, flooding our bathroom rendering the water unusable. When we got a second room it was great 1106. After several attempts to get reimbursed for the one night of no bathroom or water usage by front office failed, the headquarters called and promptly gave us a discount for that night.

Many things need upgrading at the property like non working hairdryer from 1970’s. Bathroom sink , and bathroom windows broken seals , could use new vanities and closet re-doing . Basically livable but super old property. Some things were upgraded, but do not match the old stuff.

Overall it was decent.. I like the waterfall in the middle of the complex. I dont like the fact that there was no parking. I also didnt like the fact that the check in was at an entirely different hotel. I think the location is good for surrounding areas you are trying to commute to. My bathroom shower tiles were a little messy too. Moldy.

Nice hotel in great location. Has sister properties that have amenities you can use. I like the complimentary beach towels.

The ONLY negative thing i could say, is housekeeping should've cleaned the room thoroughly. There were a couple of dead bugs back by the coffee maker/microwave. The gentleman working the property made me feel extremely welcome. The property was very charming, the bed was big and comfortable, and the pool area was clean. Less than a 5 minute walk to one of my favorite beaches in FL. The price is unbeatable for the area. I was apprehensive booking due to the low rate. This is a prime area in Broward county. This hotel exceeded my expectations, and i will definitely be back!

Ok place.
The room was very small. The internet did not work at all. The door to the entrance of the place was not locked. A/C which is on the upper wall was not clean. The tv is just a Roku TV and it did not work because no internet. The place is older. The pool was dirty. If you go there, the office is a few building down hard to fine.

My mother and I stayed in mid-March, and even though it was during the peak of "spring break", we found the hotel to be quite pleasant. The room was very spacious with a desk, and a nice couch with coffee table. The courtyard with fountain and chairs and tables is a nice place to spend time. The staff are very friendly and responsive.

The place was clean and in close proximity to the beach. It was very quiet and we felt we had the whole pool area to ourselves which was nice and relaxing. The 1 bedroom suite we booked though was not as pictured and the main floor unit was quite noisy with next-door and upstairs neighbors easily heard through the walls and ceiling.

The room was clean and a good size. The fountain ran all night long making it nearly impossible to sleep! They need to turn it off in the evening. Location was great for walking to the beach and nearby hotels.

Horrible experience
Checked in to a room and was attacked by a dog in the room that was already occupied. They gave us another room but that one was next to the loud constantly barking dog AND the shower did not drain.

It was not like the pictures you saw on line. A lot older, not as pretty. Funny smell in room. Poor lighting in room. Old air conditioner. Dirty pools. Old shower.

The location is fantastic. A few blocks (4) from the beach. Maybe a 5 minute walk. Walking options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Smaller place, peaceful away from the huge crowds. I actually had the place to myself for a majority of the time. Pool was great.

Me and my partner enjoyed a 4 day stay and it was very nice. Within walking distance of beach and pools to accommodate all visitors. The pictures on site are a bit outdated, because everything seemed much nicer. Office is open 24/7 and always responds by text. Overall great stay!

The staff is very friendly and attentive. Daniel Jose took care of us at check in and he was fun and efficient. La Casa is a small and well located hotel. It is 4 blocks from the beach which is nice to be a little away from the busy streets. The rooms were clean and service everyday. I wish they had good size beach towels and umbrellas for the guest to take to the beach. Overall, I recommend this hotel.

Nice little hotel but definitely needed some repairs in the room. Small bits of mold flew out of the AC. Shower didn’t drain well.
