Check in is an hour so if you have kids be ready to wait outside- no lobby space, shower knobs are broken - caution very hot showers- bad electric problems- parking is 40 a night (2blocks away) and by the way the internet pics are totally outdated - all kitchen supplies have to be requested as well- crack motel central

The front desk guy was extremely rude upon check in charged us extra fees there is a parking fee as well there are no cups or anything more than towels in the room there is a big sign in the lobby that said 5 star reviews get a free gift which is the only way anyone would rate this place 5 stars beware bought reviews

There is only one word to explain this hotel facility. TERRIBLE!!!!! From top to bottom with respect to the hotel as a whole, they offer NOTHING and when you book, they DO NOT honor the free parking. What they mean by free parking is, you can park for free on the street if you can find a spot. Otherwise they charge $39 for parki g and accomadation. Its an all around one time stay to never return. But they dont care bc the next vacationer who doesnt know the fees thst come with it will I be. Stay away!!

Property's super busy and staff don’t have time to communicate. All they do is check you in. The floor is dirty make sure to bring sandals. Don’t park in the street but parking is super tight. Surrounding is very nice closed to beach and boardwalk shopping and restaurants

The property was in a nice location. However, the lobby staff was rude and impatient and there was an unexpected large fee for parking. The property does not have control of this, but the other clientele was very shady, and it did not feel safe. Would not stay there again.

Staff are rude, not helpful, hidden fees with check in and no mention of expensive overnight parking. The property is not well kept, food is old. Looks like a bunch of little apartments clustered together and they routinely oversell the property. AC units were leaking and broken and rooms were disgusting.

Poor service
Hotel location is good, near beach and restaurants. Renovated rooms but fairly rough around the edges. Good amenities in rooms, including kitchenette. Service is lacking. I had message from hotel via hotels.com unequivocally confirming early check in charge which I was prepared to pay. Front desk staff would not honour the terms and said charge was almost double the quoted rate. Hotel must honour its legal obligations and indeed a good hotel will go beyond that. This cost is many hours as we were not given a room until well after 3 pm.

A night of hell
Where do I start, attitudes above all, communication was unpleasant, refuse to give me receipt I left 2 days early due to ER n they refused to reimburse me for my money, they said it was on the paperwork which they never gave me a copy nor explain, their answer was”you should’ve read it “ I so you didn’t even mentioned or was never hi lite it on the paper work, that means I have 2 more days of hell to go back to, very noisy, doors are ver hard to close or open, so every time someone opens a door or close you get woken up, the laundry room was next to our room let’s just say I thought someone was gonna come thru the wall, or the pipes no sleep at all. They said the beds are queen size , no more like full size with a hole in the middle, the only advantage is, they are walking distance to the board walk n the beach.
