LOGISTICS:
â€ș A welcome message with your personalized check-in instructions will be sent the day of your arrival.

TV's: All of our TV's are Smart with access to log into your favorite streaming channels.

LANDSCAPING: Landscaping service comes once a week usually on Wednesdays or Thursdays in the morning so don't be alarmed.

POOL CLEANING: Pool cleaning company comes twice a week usually on Tuesdays and Fridays in the morning so don't be alarmed.

POOL: Please note there is no lifeguard on duty and we ask that all guests enjoy the pool responsibly. The property owners will not be held liable for any pool-related accidents, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries.

GARBAGE (located in back alley): The city of Hollywood removes garbage every Monday and Thursday morning. We provide three garbage bins in the back alley of the house.

PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties or events. The home is located in a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise after 10PM. We would therefore to treat the neighbors as you would treat your own neighbors.

PARKING: Our driveway provides 3 spots for parking on N 16th ave. Parking on the grass or on sidewalks is strictly prohibited as per the city's regulations. You can park on Hollywood Blvrd.

PETS: Pets are allowed. If you would like to bring your pet, please let us know in your initial message to us.

HOSPITALITY SERVICES: We also offer a selection of concierge services available (yachts, nightclub reservations, exotic cars, dining reservations, and entertainment).

CAMERAS: These are placed outdoor only, outsourced to an external professional surveillance company solely to be used for security purposes and ensure the safety of the property and traveler.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS: The host isn’t responsible for any packages delivery or personal belongings left at the property after check out.

BOAT AND YACHT CHARTERS: As we are hosting a lot of groups at our properties in Miami, we are able to offer preferred rates for our guests. If you’re interested in a boat or yacht rental, feel free to reach out so that we make sure you guys are in good hands.

CAR RENTALS: whether you are looking for a convenient car or an exotic car rentals, feel free to reach out if you’d like us to assist you and make sure you are taken care of by the best company on the market.

Please take time to read the house rules as they are really important as staying in nice residential areas means being respectful of the neighbors and neighborhood’s rules.


- Parking: Please make sure to park on the driveway. Parking on the grass isn’t allowed. Parking on the sidewalk isn’t allowed. Parking on neighbor’s lot isn’t allowed. City will fine and tow cars not respecting these rules

- Party/Noise: We wish you a memorable stay first and foremost. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood, and I’d like to remind you that no loud gathering is allowed at any time. Strictly no noise is tolerated after 10pm. It's a residential neighborhood and neighbors will call police as they did in the past. This could lead to a fine, a loss of your security deposit and the forfeit of your reservation. We must follow local regulations and protect our license, hope you can understand.

- Plumbing: Please do not flush anything else than toilet paper in the toilets as it could cause a cloggage leading to toilets and showers to flood. Please throw anything else than toilet paper in bins.

- Windows/doors: Please make sure to keep all the doors and windows always shut. Not doing so could harm the AC unit and reduce the quality of the AC during your stay. It would also avoid having any insect to come into the property, as you probably know, Florida has a tropical climate with a lot of wildlife and vegetations, especially during the current season.

- AC: Please do not set it under 72 degrees and make sure to shut all windows/doors at all time. If the AC outperforms it could cause it to freeze and therefore leak. If frozen, there is nothing else we can do than turning off the AC for 30 min and wait for the ice to melt.

- Trash: Please do not bring the bins in & out as we have staff to do so. In fact, the city doesn’t hesitate to fine any bins which stayed out. Bins are located in the back alley.

- Smoking: Smoking is allowed outdoor only. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoor (subject to fine). Please gather your cigarettes' butts and throw them away, do not throw them in the backyard.

- Late check out: As courtesy, we will ask you to please honor the check-out time to give our professional cleaning staff enough time to clean and sterilize the home for our next guest as we did to prepare for you. A non-respect of the check-out time will engender a penalty, imposed by the platform.

- Keypad: It's pretty simple. if it's ever showing you a hard time for any reason, please take a video and send it our way to we can assist you asap

- Propane bottle: if you ever run out of gas during your stay, please take the bottle to any gas station/walmart/home depot which charge $20 to refill and send us your receipt so we can reimburse you.

- Wifi: If for any reason you are facing a disconnection, unplug it for few min and plug it again to reset it.

We really enjoyed our time away! The house is very spacious—we had 14 people (6 adults and 8 children) and there was plenty of room for everyone. The pool was amazing and definitely a highlight for the kids.That said, there were a few downsides. In the evenings, the mosquitoes were pretty intense, making it hard to enjoy the outdoor space after about 8 p.m. Not sure there’s much that can be done, but it's something to be aware of.The house is more dated than the photos suggest. Some of the tubs showed rust, and there was flaking paint in several areas. We also had issues with plumbing—showers backing up and one shower not working at all. While the property manager was kind and responsive when contacted, the shower issue was never resolved, and there was no follow-up to ensure things were working properly.We also noticed a few missing essentials: there were no kitchen towels or wash cloths, and not enough bathing wash cloths for our group. Most of the TV remotes were missing batteries, so we had to share the one that worked.Despite these issues, we still had a great trip. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Well located and very central to all the amenities, beach, Publix, bars, restaurants, etc. I was a bit stressed when I didn't receive the front door code after we landed around noon. I received a note from the VRBO app to read and clauses and response "confirmed". Still no code and found that I needed to sign an agreement form which I had at tough time opening up the link at the airport from my iPhone. Finally got it open when I sent the link to my friend's mobile for signature. The code came shortly after.Communication via email versus VRBO app was confusing. Overall, very friendly service and communication through this journey. Everyone had an outstanding time. The pool and backyard was fantastic! Thank you!
