Whether you're planning a romantic getaway or a solo adventure, this modern 1-bedroom apartment provides the perfect combination of style, comfort, and convenience.

**$350 Pre-Authorization Hold:** We require a $350 pre-authorization hold on your account upon check-in to cover potential damages. This is not a charge, but a hold. Check-in will not be permitted without a valid card on file to cover any incidental charges or potential damages during your stay. Provided there are no damages, missing items, or house rule violations, the hold will be released 5 days after your check-out.

Please note: Completing the Rental Agreement Form and Check-in Form is mandatory to finalize your reservation. Once your booking is confirmed, the forms will be sent to you and must be completed in order to proceed with your stay.
Guests must send a photo of a valid ID that matches the name on the reservation via message before receiving check-in instructions.

-***Occupancy limits per the number stated in this listing are strictly enforced per city ordinance -and full names (legal first and last names) guests must be provided upon booking.

-One parking spot per reservation in the driveway. Only standard-size personal vehicles are permitted, and no trailers, boats, vessels, recreational vehicles (including RV’s, campers, mobile homes, 4 wheelers, etc.), buses, box trucks, oversize, or commercial vehicles are allowed—$ 500 fine for violation. Violation may result in immediate cancelation of the reservation without a refund.

-Host reserves the right for service providers to access the exterior of the property to maintain landscaping, provide pest control, and provide other maintenance services during the guest's reservation

-No parties/events/gatherings. Any guest/group found to be having a party will be required to leave immediately without a refund for any remaining night(s). $500 fine for violation.

-Quiet hours are from 10 PM- 9 AM. Any noise complaint will result in a $500 fine. Violation may result in immediate cancelation of the reservation without a refund.

-No indoor smoking. Smoking includes but is not limited to cigarettes, hookah, vaping, pipes, cigars, and any cannabis use. Outdoor smoking at least 10 feet from the building is permitted, and all windows/doors to the unit must remain closed while smoking outdoors. $500 fine for violation. Violation may result in immediate cancelation of the reservation without a refund.

-If you would like to bring a pet, you must inquire BEFORE BOOKING regarding breed limitations and agree to our pet policy (1. Immediately clean up pet waste and dispose of bagged/sealed waste in an outdoor trash bin or provided pet waste receptacle, if provided. 2. Keep them leashed or crated anytime they're outside. 3. You acknowledge responsibility for any damage caused. 4. Pay the pet fee prior to receiving check-in instructions.). There is a $100 non-refundable fee per pet to cover the additional cost of cleaning.

-Checkout is at 11 AM. If you want 12 PM noon checkout, please inquire whether it's available for your stay (for an additional $25) by 9 PM the night before your scheduled departure! Requests made after this time will not be able to be honored since it affects the cleaners' schedule.

-Check out time is 11AM unless otherwise agreed upon with the host and late 12PM check out fee is paid prior to 10PM the night before check out. Failure to check out on time will result in overstay fees.

-Check-in is any time 4 PM or later. Due to increased precautions, if you want to request early check-in or to drop off bags before 4 PM, that must be requested and approved in advance. Due to the cleaners' schedule, requesting early check-in or early bag drop-off does not guarantee it will be possible.

-Since South Florida has a sub-tropical climate, it almost never gets even close to freezing, which leads to it being a desirable climate for humans, geckos (brown anoles), and insects. While rare, and despite routine pest control, it is possible for an insect or gecko to get inside through an open door, window, etc. Refunds for finding insects or geckos are not given.

-We stock the initial supply of consumables (like toilet paper) and towels/linens based on the capacity of/sleeping arrangements in the unit. Additional consumables or towels/linens are available for an additional fee.

-Do not adjust any mounted TVs. Due to its size and weight, it can't be swiveled/moved.

-To help ensure the safety of our guests, the property is monitored with exterior cameras. These cameras do not infringe upon any private area as they are all exterior. Exterior Cameras capture and record audio and video. No unplugging, moving, or any alteration of the security cameras or any of its cords, base station, or any other parts/apparatus. $1000 fine for violation. Violation may result in immediate cancelation of the reservation without a refund.

-It is unlawful for a sexual offender or sexual predator to occupy this residence and if so determined pursuant to subsection 15-278 [8] of this Code and the certificate of compliance number shall be included in all advertising.

-Crypto mining or similar activities are not allowed as indicated in our listing.

- Any guest who would like to have packages delivered at all must first obtain host permission. No packages may be delivered to the property outside of the guest’s booked and paid reservation dates. We are unable to store packages before or after a guest’s reservation. While we accept packages, please be aware that receiving USPS mail is NOT permitted. For any mail-related needs, we recommend utilizing local post offices or other available mailing services in the area.

- Once the stay has been completed, it is mandated that guests refrain from leaving luggage or personal belongings upon checkout. Please be aware that we do not possess a storage facility for such items.

The property management company, and the maintenance team, were responsive and helpful. All of our many issues were addressed during our stay. That being said, I would not recommend this property for anyone with small children.Pros: Amazing location within walking distance to Las Olas and Ft. Lauderdale beach, Washer/dryer in unit, comfortable mattress, responsive/helpful property management team, and included parkingCons: WHEN the hot water was finally working (took 2 full days!) it legitimately took 5-10min to heat up and only stayed hot for less than 10min unless we showered late at night when no other unit would be competing with us for hot water. Zero insulation! The units are LOUD and poorly insulated. You will hear TVs, water running, flushing toilets, music, even walking from all neighbors. If you are on the 2nd floor you will disturb the people staying under you. Small children run, and play, and we had an angry person banging on their ceiling every time our kids moved. The floors were dirty! They tried to clean them during our stay (very responsive to our complaints) but vinyl plank will warp if you wet it too much, so the floors were never properly scrubbed/mopped. The blinds covering the windows/doors are cheap and let in all light. Unless you enjoy sleeping w lights on, don't bother with this place. Finaly, small corners were cut like no back cushion on a side chair, missing towel racks (nail holes but no racks) in the bathrooms, no luggage racks. Just cheap!

Was extremely happy with the entire set up, property was super clean and I loved the location, the communication with the host was very professional. All was amazing until I tried to shower the morning after arriving (Monday) and there was no hot water, so I messaged the host to let them know and they asked me to try the other knob because the valves were switched. I tried is and messaged them again letting them know it still didn't work. They said that maintenance would be coming but they never showed. My wife was at the apartment the entire time during the day working from the apartment and she confirmed no one showed, I messaged them again to ask if someone was still coming and the host stopped responding, this was on Wednesday. On Friday I tried one last time to see if they can do something before we leave on Saturday morning, and maybe fix the problem before the next guest checks in... and they said again, "try the cold water because the valves were switched". That's when I completely lost my mind, like really???? Again with the run around? This after I already told them it' didn't work the first time. I've used Vrbo plenty of times and this was so far my only bad experience but still, I will never book this place again. 3/5 stars because it's still a great location and the place was really clean.... if it wasn't for the location it would easily be a 2/5

Bed mattress is totally worn out, my feet were totally black after walking around barefoot. That being said we would still stay again but hopefully some upgrades need to be made!
