« I had to kill about 5 stink bugs in the room, they kept getting in from somewhere, that was rather annoying, but not as much as the AC not working and the property knowing about it because they had put in a box fan and portable heater in the room for use before I even got the room. « This is our 2nd experience with an obvious assignment inferior if booked through a 3rd party such as Expedia. The place was clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We would stay there again but not book through a 3rd party. »

« Too noisy people outside at 2 am cussing talking loud »

« We didnt get to use the hot tub because it was always at capacity. The pool was nice, the hotel over all was very nice and accommodating. Beds are a tad bit firm, but manageable. Very nice breakfast spread in the mornings, and the coffee was quite tasty. 10 out 10 recommend. »

« Great place very clean »

« We were there for the Halloween weekend baseball tournaments. This place is out of this world. From the check-in to the check-out, it was wonderful. The 7th floor was awesome; families can go up and enjoy it together, and then at 10 it is adult time. The hotel had enough entertainment for us and seemed enough for the younger children. »
