Châteaux à Floride

« Check in was easy, room was good at first glance. While laying in bed I rolled over and landed on something hard. Upon further investigation I realized there was a plastic clothes hanging tucked between the mattress and fitted sheet. That had me questioning whether someone actually changed the bedding from the last person or if they accidentally laid it on the mattress while cleaning and forgot it. Either way I was grossed out but too tired and it was so late when I found it I didn’t bother...

« Très propre! Littéralement à côté de la plage. Chambre avec cuisinette. Piscine propre, personnel très agréable. Petit déjeuner continental avec tout de même plusieurs choix. »

« Rooms are clean, staff is very nice, location is pretty good can’t say anything on the pool as we didn’t get a chance to use it. »

« We had a room on the ground floor close to the gym, it was a little noisy cause we could hear the tv blasting and the machines working. The hotel is clean, rooms comfy and spacious. The breakfast is ok. The staff is however soooo friendly and helpful. Special kudos to Fandhy who checked us in last night, she was super kind and gracious. Lovely lady at the breakfast also helped me to get the pancakes maker working and brought me more hot water for my tea. These people really made our stay...

« Room was very clean. We showed up while they were gone to lunch. It was a Sunday,Not sure if they would have someone there during the week.To my surprise the small refrigerator had a good freezer.i had freezer packs for the items we were taking to meet family. The room had a microwave. Space could be bigger, but great for the price! »
