The historical centre – Via Fiesolana, a few steps from the David and Duomo, a very central street with bars, restaurants and shops. Apartment of 60 sqm in a historical building (around 1865), 3nd floor with no elevator, 2 luxury double rooms, one with private bathroom, 1 living room, 1 bathroom.

Very quiet and elegant apartment on two levels, entrance, one bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower, kitchen complete with appliances (fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, American coffee machine, toaster), living room with a sofa and tv.
Easy stairs with 17 steps to get to the second floor. One bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom with shower and a little utility space.

FACILITIES: air conditioning, free wi-fi, independent heating, TV, hairdryer, iron, sheets and towels.
Child’s cot and highchair on request.

2 garages close to the apartment: GARAGE CITY PARKING FIESOLANA (via Fiesolana 17r) and GARAGE FIRENZE CENTRO (via Fiesolana 5r).
Europcar, Hertz and Avis 20 minutes on foot.
Bus stops 4 minutes on foot (Sant'Egidio, Colonna Liceo Michelangiolo).

⮚ GUESTS ACCESS
Free check-in from 3pm until 7.30pm.
Supplements for check-in outside regular hours:
 €25 for check-in after 7.30pm
 €40 for check-in after 10.00pm
 €80 for check-in from midnight until 2.00am
Please note that as the accommodation is not a hotel we kindly ask you to arrange an appointment with Cecilia or Isabella for your check-in.
Once you've made an appointment, if you arrive more than 1 hour late without proper notice (notice must be at least 1 and a half hours prior to arranged arrival time at the apartment), you will have to pay 25 € supplement.
Check-out from 8.30am to 10am.

For check-ins and check-outs on special days (December 25th and 26th, January 1st, Easter, August 15th) there is a 40€ supplement.

⮚ PAPERWORK AND LOCAL TAXES
At check-in, guests will be asked for their documents for notification to the authorities and to sign a lease contract, as required by Italian law.
Also required is payment of €6.00 per person per night (up to 7 nights and for those starting from 12 years old) which is paid to the Commune of Florence. Those who are attending relatives in hospital are excluded from the payment.

⮚ CAR ACCESS: The apartment is situated in a restricted traffic zone, accessible by car only by booking with the next-door garage
⮚ Complete care of the furniture, respect for others living nearby and punctuality are essential
⮚ Don’t scratch the kitchen top with abrasive sponges
⮚ Please don’t put wet objects on the furniture
⮚ Don’t lean against the sinks
⮚ The consumptions of electricity, AC, gas and heating are included but we kindly ask you to pay attention to their consumption otherwise there could be an extra fee to be paid at your check-out
⮚ There is an extra cleaning fee of €50 if the apartment is left very dirty and with rubbish/garbage
⮚ If you lose the keys you will have to pay 30 € for each new set
⮚ No smoking
⮚ No parties or events
⮚ Pets are allowed provided that they are used to being in apartments.
⮚ Host can cancel the reservation and hold a deposit if the rules are not respected
⮚ Silence (respect for peace and quiet and people's rest) from 10pm to 8am and from 12pm to 3pm
⮚ Maintenance of cleanliness and decorum in common condominium areas such as stairs, elevators, and entrance halls; use of these spaces without causing disturbance;
⮚ Prohibition of discarding polluting substances into drains;
⮚ Proper execution of separate waste collection and correct disposal of waste;
⮚ Correct use of Local Public Transport, public parking, and the Limited Traffic Zone;
⮚ Good behavioral norms for a virtuous and respectful enjoyment of the city
⮚ For any intervention for issues not caused by a malfunction of the property there will be a 30€ extra fee for the first hour, then 20€ each hour. From 19.30 to 22.30 there will be a 50€ extra fee for the first hour, then 30€ each hour
