« Our room needed the floor to be vacuumed and cleaned better. And the AC unit was leaking bad so the floor around the bed was soaked. »

« L’hôtel est à une distance de marche du Arrowhead et Kaufman center donc pratique pour les games mais loin de tout autrement. Les chambres sont propres mais les lits étaient désuets donc inconfortables. Le personnel était courtois mais personne n’est venu faire la chambre durant nos 3 nuits de séjour malgré l’enseigne à notre porte requérant un ménage. Le déjeuner était très varié. »

« The rooms were clean, and if there's a problem, the staff is on it! Laundry is WONDERFUL to have in a hotel. I was using the machines the last time I was there, I went to the front desk, asked for a towel, they were so nice to give me one and they also came in to help me. She felt so bad, but it wasn't their fault, no one ever went to tell them. They thanked me for letting them know. The air conditioning is WONDERFUL. My Place IS my FAVORITE place to stay! I give it ALL 5 STARS 🌟 »

« I am shocked at how high of stars this hotel had when it is average at best. The hotel is a whole complex which was difficult to navigate and even find the hotel. It is on a beautiful property, but the beds feel like you’re laying on cheap plastic and the breakfast is disappointing. (No waffle maker, which is always what I’m looking for at hotel breakfast). Overall it was a fine overnight but certainly does not deserve the excellent rating listed. Okay at best »
