« this property is stunning; the decor was mid-century modern, sleek and very intentional. the bed was so soft, comfy and supportive. the bathroom was spacious and also the room as well. i loved everything about this boutique hotel experience. a coffee shop is right across the street serving up delicious coffee/matcha and bites. i would exclusively stay here anytime I am in KC! »

« It looked pretty new and the room was big and clean. There were always snacks in the lobby area which was nice. There was a small box of Christopher Elbow chocolate in the room as a welcoming gift and we enjoyed it. »

« Lovely hotel in a very busy area! Friday night brought a lot of …interesting characters. The staff were nice and helpful. We felt welcome and well cared for. The bar and restaurant at the entrance of the hotel were nice and we enjoyed our food and drinks. We stayed in a super cute room too. We will return to Crossroads in the future. »

Personnel sympathique surtout Miss Piggy qui s’occupe des déjeuners et qui est très drôle et accueillante.

« The front desk staff and valet staff were very informative and friendly. The restaurant, Dott Boss, offers incredible meals. In fact, I will definitely have to come back just for the banana bread French toast! The staff in the restaurant truly were so lovely. The brown sugar lattes will forever live rent free in my head. The proximity to the KC Streetcar is a real boon as well! »

« The staff at this Ambassador Hotel was very engaging. They warmly greeted us each time we passed through the lobby and were very efficient checking in a large group of people ahead of us. Truly set the tone of the stay. We were glad to get a room with a view and there is true value in a nice bathroom in the room when out of town. A short walk to power and light district and other event centers. This room fulfilled the very things we were looking for on stay for our day trip to Kansas City. »

« Tres décevant. Cet hotel est surévalué par les avis des clients. Très mauvais rapport qualité prix. La piscine est ridiculement petite, une patogeoire pour bébés ! L'odeur dans les chambres est désagréable, une moquette au sol pleines de grosses tâches. Des toilettes où seul, vous pouvez vous trouver enfermé !!!! Le petit-déjeuner est sympa. She was friendly and so helpful when we asked about local places to eat while we were in KC. Even a minor sink issue was handled efficiently. This was a great stay experience!
