Villa KAYAKÖY is located in Kınalı area of ​​Fethiye Kayaköy. It is a villa located in the most beautiful place in Kayaköy, the historical and touristic region of Fethiye, one of Turkey's famous holiday resorts. There is a private garden and private swimming pool. The pool and garden are sheltered and not visible from the outside. It is an ideal villa for honeymoon couples and conservative families. Our villa with nature view is in a quiet location and offers a holiday in nature.

From our villa, you can reach Ölüdeniz in 15 minutes and Hisarönü in 10 minutes by car. Gemiler Bay can be reached in 7-8 minutes. Villa Kayaköy has 4 bedrooms, a spacious living room with pool view, an open kitchen and 3 bathrooms. Our villa, which has a capacity to accommodate 8 people, has wireless internet. All home decoration items and white goods are available in our villa and it has tasteful interior decoration. Villa KAYAKÖY is 400 m from the market, 500 m from restaurants, 5 km from beaches, 100 m from public transportation, 1 km from the city center. and 60 km from the airport. Thanks to the large jacuzzi in our master suite, Villa KAYAKÖY is an ideal option for use in March and November.

NOTE: As of March-April and October 1, 2025, pool heating is free of charge in October-November. Other months are available upon request for an extra fee of 24,500 TL.
Specially for honeymoon couples, decorations can be made in the suite room if notified 2 days in advance.

Bedrooms
1st Bedroom: The air-conditioned suite family bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, jacuzzi and bathroom (shared).  
2nd Bedroom: The air-conditioned family bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and bathroom (shared).
3rd Bedroom: The air-conditioned family bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, make-up table, bathroom (shared use). There is a terrace.
4th Bedroom: The air-conditioned suite family bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, make-up table and bathroom (shared use). There is a terrace.
The air-conditioned bedrooms include clean bedding and towel sets.
Living Room: Villa KAYAKÖY's air-conditioned living room includes a cozy and comfortable seating group, fireplace, dining table and chairs for 8 people, satellite TV and wireless internet. There is a bathroom, sink and WC.
Kitchen: There is an open American kitchen in the stylish living room of Villa KAYAKÖY. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine, 4-burner stove, oven, cutlery, toaster, pots and pans, dinnerware for 8 people, water and tea glasses.
NOTE: Materials such as food - beverages, paper towels and toilet paper are not available in the villa.

Pool: There is a private swimming pool in the private garden of Villa KAYAKÖY, with a depth of 1.50 meters, a length of 8 meters and a width of 4 meters. There is a children's pool with jacuzzi. Pool and garden maintenance is carried out once a day by authorized personnel in the morning or evening. There is a sun terrace by the pool.  
Private Garden: Villa KAYAKÖY's private garden is sheltered and not visible from the outside. In the lush green garden, there is a sun terrace, a private pool, a children's pool with a jacuzzi, 4 sun loungers and seating groups, and a shower. Maintenance Garden and pool maintenance is carried out once a day in the morning or evening.

Internet: There is Wi-fi in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, interruptions caused by internet service providers may occur. Internet use; It is sufficient for e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites, but it is not sufficient for usage such as watching movies and videos and downloading files.

Extras: Villa KAYAKÖY is sheltered and its garden and pool are not visible from the outside. There is wireless internet in the villa. The villa is delivered clean.  All rooms have air conditioning. There is a jacuzzi in the garden of our villa and in the Master room.  There are no consumption needs for hygiene purposes (toilet paper, water, spices, etc.) in the villas.

Important Information: Electricity, water and gas fees are included in the villa rental price. Additionally, no fee is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels,  rental car, guide services, health etc. Insurance is not included in the prices.

All our villas located in nature are sprayed regularly. Despite this, in the environment; butterfly, insect, fly etc. There is a possibility of presence. There are fly screens on all windows of our villa.

We do not guarantee 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 5% reservation in these villas. 
Kayakoy ; It is a quiet settlement in terms of its geographical structure. (It is a village.)

Damage Deposit: Broken, damaged, damaged, etc. A deposit of 5,000 Turkish Liras is taken at the entrance and if there is no problem, the fee is refunded at the exit of the villa.

About Pool Heating: The maximum temperature level that swimming pools with indoor or outdoor heating will reach is in indoor pools; The highest is 28°C and the highest is 27°C in outdoor pools. Especially in outdoor pools, the weather conditions warm up to a maximum of 26°C between the beginning of November and the end of March.
