Dear Reviewer, Thank you for the review and for sharing your experience with other guests... We try very hard to satisfy all our visitors because we like our job sometimes it's true we can not satisfy everybody!!! I remember you when you visited us and I remembered that I did the check-in personally to you. When you came we offered you our welcome tea with Moroccan cookies, after finishing your check-in forms I showed you on map all the important sights and restaurants to visit, we offered you the guided visit to the medina; you didn’t like, we proposed to you all the excursions to do; you didn’t like either, we talked together for more than 20 minutes about Fez we finished our conversations by recommending to you all the good restaurants and SPA but it's seems you had already your list of the places to visit and where to eat !!! Concerning the Hammams we recommended two options to you : the popular one that all the locals use and the second located in another riad, you didn't like both of the propositions !!! Concerning you room as we explained to you, your booked a room with view so we give you the room upstairs with better view not on the ground floor ! you di’t like !!! We serve breakfast everyday from 08h30 to 11h00, because you didn't answer our waiter about the time of your breakfast when he asked you every evening of course you will have same late in your breakfast service but not 30 minutes !!! On your departure and after finishing your breakfast you quit the hotel very discreetly with your luggage, our staff followed you to the parking and asked you to pay this is not normal that you stayed in hotel and you didn't pay, I talked with you on the phone personally and you promised me to pay when you come back home !!!! SO SPECIAL STAY TO REMEMBER.
