Je ne suis pas du tout satisfaite
Il y a eu une panne électrique et nous n'avions eu aucun service et pas de génératrice et le propriétaire n'a pas voulu accorder d'escompte je ne recommande pas du tout cette hôtel

Très bien, propre, accueillant, raisonnable.
J'y ai passé seulement une nuit mais c'était très agréable, les installations sont spacieuses, la literie impeccable, on a droit à un petit déjeuner-snack, et la chambre est bien équippée, avec des meubles en vrai bois et des détails qui montrent une préoccupation à éviter le gaspillage et les produits plastiques.

The staff at this hotel are all amazing. They were able to accomodate an early check in due to being rained out at the hill. The amenities are plenty. Would highly recommend.

Convenient to the ice arena. For pet friendly rooms, make sure you bring a pet bed and pet dishes as the hotel doesn’t seem to provide anymore.

Makes for a perfect home base in the Fernie area. Close to everything , and the hotel has everything we need - Pool,Hot Tub,Sauna, even a great games room and mini movie theatre. Rooms were clean, Service was top-notch. Would definitely recommend

Nice stay
This is our second time here - we visit Fernie 2-3 times a year. Central location, nice staff, some upgrades in the rooms since the last time - new flooring, better coffee makers. Basic breakfast but it was all I needed. Unfortunately the restaurant has been closed since COVID- staffing and other issues. It would be nice if they were able to open even for a basic breakfast seating

This place smelled of stale cigarettes from the moment we stepped inside the front doors. The smell down the corridor barely improved as we reached our room. The bathroom had not obviously been cleaned as there was a lot of hair present on the floor and in the corners. Upon a close inspection, the toilet had not been cleaned thoroughly. If we’d want to use the fridge, nearly all of the shelves had been removed. The door did not automatically lock which we thankfully had checked before we left. Breakfast in the morning consisted of fruit, yoghurts and muffins from Tim Hortons…maybe from the day before? If we had been set to stay more than one night, I’m not sure that we would have.

couldn't open my door with the key...had to go back to the receptionist and she gave me a different key. Once going into the room, checked for cleanliness and found long black hair on numerous pillows and on the bedsheets. The windows were difficult to see out of due to not being washed outside. By then that was enough for me and I checked out!!

The property has bike storage, and area to clean both your bikes, and ski equipment. They have a hot tub, pool, games, and theatre room. Beds are comfortable. Overall, good, clean with lots of activities, only knock is rooms are a bit dated.

I enjoyed my stay. However there was only one towel on the room. The floor mat in the washroom was wet like it hadn't been changed before we checked in and the air conditioner smelled when it was running.

Outstanding!
Everything was great! Staff, rooms, amenities, etc. Certain aspects could probably use some modernizing, but nothing was broken or unusable. Would definitely go back.

The check in was quick and painless. The room was clean and comfortable. The only issues would be a very low to the floor toilet, the parking being a bit of a hazard - easy to go forward into a 1 meter fall from it, and the game room being quite outdated.

This is just a very middle of the road hotel. It’s in need of a very good cleaning and some updating. The breakfast that they advertise is anything but breakfast. Some yogurt, coffee, muffins and bananas were out. Enter rooms via a key. Mostly used by road construction workers it looked like.

It is old and not so clean. More like a run down motel. The rate is way too high for what it is. The breakfast is a couple of fruits and some muffins.

It was comfortable and clean, staff pleasant. Building is dated with strong smell of cigarette smoke in hallways but rooms are fine. Continental breakfast with yogurt, fruit and Tim Hortons muffins. Restaurant has been closed since COVID. Some restaurants nearby. Price in high season!

Parking isnt the greatest, but otherwise this hotel is great. Kids loved the swimming pool, and it was handy having access to a full kitchen. They also loved the bunkbeds un the room, and our dogs loved the little personalized treat bags!
