- All furniture must be moved back to its original places, and all items that belong to the home must be accounted for.
- Visitors must be disclosed in advance and approved by the host; unregistered overnight guests are not permitted.
- Any commercial photography and filming must be approved prior to booking.
- Failure to follow any house rule may result in additional fees, charges for damages or extra cleaning, and/or immediate termination of the reservation without refund.
