« Apartment clean, well stocked, and easy access to shopping and restaurants. This is a basement apartment so you will hear upstairs neighbors but it wasnt really an issue during my stay. The bed linens were uncomfortable, seemed like an unbreathable microfiber fabric. The space overall was cute and comfortable for a short stay. »

« We stayed in the house to go to echo park for the Monster Jam. Location was great and the space met the needs for our group of 8. We would stay here again. »

« My family and I were coming in town from North Carolina for a movie premiere and the host cancelled us the day of (while we were on the road to Atlanta) because they thought we were throwing a party when we were not. I spoke to them on the phone and informed them what was going on and they would not rebook us. We had to book hotel rooms instead which ruined our weekend. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend if you want to feel secure. »

« 6 of us were traveling for a convention and this place was very well priced and close to the World Congress Center. The first day we were there the A/C was out so it was hot and muggy but the host was quick to send someone out to fix it for us. The biggest downside was that the internet was VERY slow (Like 2mbps) which did suck but we weren't there much except for sleeping and hanging out after the event. So maybe bring some board games :) Would still stay again 💛 »

« Ideal location and amenities when needing to be close to ATL. Backyard is crazy awesome for a VRBO. High wooden fence for privacy and fire pit. Park close by for walking your dog. Some amazing food and drink close by. Thanks! »

« Carmen was amazing, quick to reply quick to assist, thank you so much! The 12 acre oasis was great. The lighting at night on the stairs at cottage a could be better, it looked like there used to be lights there, but they do not work. When it rained there’s a pretty good leak in the ceiling on the porch at cottage A and the dock with the cinderblocks underneath didn’t seem safe. Those were just a few minor things otherwise everything was good! Thank you again »

« None of the bannisters are properly attached, which was a huge safety concern for me and my party. I had a disabled individual with me who needed the bannisters to walk.The spaces were also not particularly clean. There were stains and bits of detritus on some of the sheets and pull out couch mattresses, there was moldy coffee in the coffee pot which rendered it unusable, and there were crumbs and dirt under the couches. I was disappointed to pay a cleaning fee for an unclean space.Instructions...
