« I can not give this property the justice it deserves from the front desk and their countless accommodations for transportation and the beautiful quiet facility they provide. The wine is delicious and the dinner at their restaurant is no disappointment. We hope to come for a longer stay next time to be able to enjoy the many things The Griffin Resort has to offer. »

« Had a fantastic time at Roccafiore. We were really optimistic before the trip and our time there did not disappoint. The staff from the very beginning were fantastic, always going out of their way to accommodate. The restaurant and services on site are of the highest quality. We enjoyed every meal, and took advantage of the pool and spa services. Would highly recommend a wine tasting as well. Overall a great stay and would highly recommend. »

« Un très bel endroit pour qui recherche calme et Charme bucolique. La chambre est simple mais très confortable. Le repas pris sur place est correct pour le prix (28 euros) mais s’il est très complet ne vous attendez pas à de la haute gastronomie. Une petite déception: que l’on nous fasse payer l’utilisation d’une serviette pour la piscine. Piscine qui est d’ailleurs gelée. Un sentiment de plénitude mais un peu contrasté par ces points »

« This is a wonderful place to stay. They can accommodate larger parties or just a party of 2. The hosts Lori and Emanuele are gracious and helpful. We also fell in love with the resident dog Molly. Beautiful, clean and so very peaceful. We loved our 4 day stay here. »

« A gem, hidden in the Lazio countryside. If you want to escape herds of tourists from Rome, this is a great pit stop on the way to Tuscany. Great central point for quick trips to Orvieto and Sant Angelo. Both rooms, the pool and the yard are exquisite. The dinner with products from the farm or nearby producers is an absolute must! »

« The property is charming! Beautiful views! Welcoming staff. My only complaint was with the wifi which was spotty. We had the most loveliest of times, and t the owners of the property which have had this estates for 3 plus generations—- lovely, friendly people. »

The spot is idyllic, and the Villa and grounds beautifully kept up. Umbria is underrated gem of region in Italy, one hour from Rome. Fsbulous food and wine at very low prices. »

« a wonderful place for a holiday. we were two families of 8 people. We were enchanted by the place. the swimming pool was the icing on the cake after a day full of impressions. We highly recommend it to people and families who are looking for an atmospheric, magical place. the hosts were very nice and helpful. We regret that our vacation lasted only two weeks. I will add that the base was great, less than 10 km to the A1, so it was very nice. We also greet the hosts. »

« We, our children, in-law children and grandchildren have had 14 wunderfull days in Farnetta. The house was lovely, the pool as well, clean and nice. The descriptions of house, garden and pool fit well. The hosts were very accommodating and immediately sorted out the small issues we got. A small appeal: The description of the surroundings states that there is a pizzaria and a grocery in town. It is true that there is a pizzaria and a good one, but there is no grocery it has been closed for a long...
