We asked to be moved and they kindly accommodated this, but the next room had a fan that hardly blew. I’ve seen multiple complaints on Google about the climate control at this hotel. It’s apparent that they need to upgrade their systems. »

« 3 nuits sur place, hôtel bien situé, proche des autoroutes. Chambre très bien, très grande, top. Sauf : petit dej juste bien, machine à café toujours en manque d’eau, jus d’orange en panne, 3 petit dej identiques. Pas de ménage prévu pour les séjours jusqu’à 3 nuits, il faut demander des serviettes de rechange. Personnel sympathique, lorsqu’on les voit. »

« During our stay room had no hot water for shower. After notifying mgmt nothing was done about and a change in rooms was not offered so we had 2 days of cold showers. Free breakfast was disgusting, in room coffee maker was not restocked, air conditioning was noisy and rattled all throughout our stay, and lastly WiFi for both TV and guest use was not connecting. Even though our room was priced at $70 night it was not even up to the industry standards for that price range. Plus they charged a $100...

« Except for the super loud music from a close by venue /bar it was a great stay. The music didn’t bother us but it may bother others . I ask for an extension and was granted two more hours at no charge Very content »

« This has been a great hotel to stay at. My doctor's office is around the corner. You have at least 3 restaurants within walking distance. You also have Walmart and Costco nearby. Just didn't like that whomever was staying at the 4th floor above us kept on stepping hard since 5am. Also the water pressure was low this time around. »

Des problèmes rencontrés avec la wifi, il faut se connecter dans le hall puis après ça marche dans la chambre mais nombreuses coupures. »
