« I always book a Wyndam property because I dont have to worry. But this hotel is sub par. Could only get one key upon check in, and my husband and I were going in opposite directions. We got back to the hotel late, to find no coffee maker and the TV screen was malfunctioning, as well as the remote. Went to bed, was woken up by what sounded like construction going on in the hallway. We left the hotel early the next morning for a family reunion. Followed their instructions for getting room...

« All Hamptons have nice rooms and extras. The Seguin Hampton was exceptional. Pool was very clean and gym was in good working order. Breakfast was good. Room had a nice shower which I prefer. I don't need an accessible room yet but I hate having to step into and out of a tub. The best thing was: At check in I was NOT ASKED for an extra $50 for "incidentals" which the Hampton in Lufkin did and I have yet to get my money back. »

« The smell in the room and the floor dirty, nope thank yo, not anymore EVER. Even when I mentioned that to the nice guy in the morning at the desk he said … : oh yes they are planning to remodel, but don’t know when. Well overpriced for such room. And poor reaction from the management team. And the reception was very average . Anyway enough said I guess »
