« The restroom conditions were unacceptable and did not meet basic standards of cleanliness or maintenance. Additionally, the water park was significantly overcrowded, which detracted from the overall experience. Given the limited meal options, subpar service, and poor bathroom conditions, the pricing is not justified. Definitely looking for other options for our next trip. »

« There was group of young people about 3 rooms down from ours and they were yelling, running, shouting and slamming the doors from 3am to 6am. I called reception and they never help us. »

« Staff was arrogant and served with poor attitude. They miscalculated the breakfast price and did not apologise at all. The room condition is old and does not reflect the four-star Grand Hyatt grading. Lacks basic amenities like kettle, tooth brush or tooth paste in the room. »
