« This was the perfect place for my family to stay while we were in the area for a soccer tournament. The listing originally had pictures for a different property they have, but it was still good and worked for what we needed. The manager/owner was super friendly and had lots of good food recommendations. We would definitely stay again. »

« Look forward to renting in the future.we moved our son into his apartment in the Pearl area. Its a few blocks away but walkable. Lots of great local restaurants in walking distance to property. Property clean and well maintained. Includes all the comforts of home. Traveled with our dog, appreciated the privacy fence and small yard. If you have a full size truck you wont be able to park in garage. You will have to park it horizontal in front of garage. The mid size SUV fit in garage. »

« Communication was excellent and the apartment exceeded our expectations. So close to all our favorites on the Riverwalk. The only warning is that this is a downtown location, so there can be a little street noise. It wasn't persistent, but on occasion it was there. Each bedroom includes a white noise machine which helped greatly. Didn't bother me as I got my best sleep in weeks (probably from all the exploring). Will definitely stay again next time I'm in San Antonio! »

« Clean and well maintained. Bed was extremely comfortable. Everything you could possibly need was furnished. It was so nice to sit on the balcony overlooking the riverwalk. We highly recommend! »

« Initially was given a completely different location for my 2 week stay. When I arrived to the location there was no King bed. After speaking with property manager, he was unaware that the losing was live on VRBO. A few days after check in, a group of people WALKED IN using the keypad and knocked on the bedroom door starting they had rented the place.They were moved to the upstairs unit. Was promised a partial refund but was ghosted. days later the upstairs unit was literally shaking from the...

« Property is just as pictured. It was a nice touch to have snacks available for when we arrived. Walking distance to river walk entertainment. Enjoyed our stay. »
