« I came here for my bday and it was very distasteful to say the least. The staff members aren’t helpful and are very quick to give you the manager’s email to solve any issue. The food was terrible! Very few choices and no seasoning. Very boring and not much to do. I had to leave the premises a few times. The staff were made aware that it was my bday and they stated that would decorate the room and do a banner on the door. Nothing was done. 1 elevator wasn’t working and they were made aware and...

« I loved my trip here , the personel was okay but everything changed especially when I met Kaci he was super friendly, ready to burn himself for my requests and i really love his professionalism and his kindness. Big respect on him ! »

« There was nothing to like in reality you guys need to check properties before putting it on your website »

« When we got to the security gate, they informed us that we were supposed to check in the next day. (Even though we presented the booking dates to them. We were told this wasn’t the first time this has happened). This was very stressful as we traveled a good distance to stay here. After some time, the caretaker was able to come and do a quick clean of the place from a previous guest. The living room and bedrooms were pretty comfortable and had a lot of space for storing your things...

« Stopped in.one night mainly to be.on right side of Mobay for travellers leaving out next day. »

« The rental was smaller than it appeared on the site, thus not as much room to move. The rooms were cool for relief from the temperature outside. There was no soap in the bath or towels/cloths. There were no paper towels in the kitchen. While I realize this is not a hotel, I've stayed at this type just two weeks prior and had the amenities mentioned. I understand there was a hurricane a few months back, but I did not see any notice of the water or use of the water. The hosts did provide some...

« I stayed in apartment #2 and enjoyed my 6 nights stay at this place. It was quite spacious and could easily fit 3 persons. The room consisted of a double & single bed, kitchenette and bathroom. The room contained all the essentials amenities needed to ensure my stay went smoothly - iron/board, small dining table, etc. Harvel was a very responsive host. He was really helpful and promptly answered any queries that I had about my stay (the whats app service was a blessing). My room was clean and...

« The place was as described, clean, and comfortable. The check-in was smooth and the host was communicative. I would definitely stay there again. »

« This place is a scam. I book this place the money was accepted. I tried to get in contact with the host the phone kept ringing without answer. I had to book another place to stay last minute. VRBO I need my money back. »

« I’ve never booked anywhere and have the owners pick us up and drop us off, we get the best welcome and we appreciate them so much. I will be recommend this property to everyone I know who needs a lovely home for vacation. I’m ready to go back. »
