« We loved the location and the accommodations. Very comfortable and Dawn made us delicious bread and muffins. This will be our first choice in any future trips to Albuquerque. »

« Breakfast and dinner clean room staff very friendly »

« Hotel is an older property being remodeled. Staff was friendly, breakfast was good, free shuttle to the airport. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Not in the greatest area, but I never felt in danger. Bus into town was free. Acceptable place to stay. »

Aucun retour !! »

« Near of the old town, cozy motel. Perfect! »

« Unfortunately, my room had a bug. I spoke with the front desk clerk about it. He said he’d help me but never did. He was going to get rid of the bug but he never showed up. I would’ve preferred moving to a different room, but I didn’t see him later on to talk about that. The next morning, my breakfast had a bug in the scrambled eggs. I was grossed out, that I didn’t eat anything until my event started later in the evening. I usually have a pleasant time at this hotel, but not this time around....

« Room was older but nice. They do not have a store to buy medicine and stuff. They do have a kitchen and snacks for a very reasonable price. Breakfast was excellent. Conviently located near uptown. Only one ice machine worked. Did not see a vending machine. »

« extremely noisy accommodations being at a golf course with the lawnmowers starting at 4 AM followed by very loud leaf blower noise at 5 AM, not to mention the a/c heat pump unit that was unbearable ....NVR AGAIN ! »

« I usually appreciate Tru but his hotel in ABQ is very far from the usual standards of comfort of the others sisters locations of Tru hotels. First, staff is managed by Randi who has absolutly nothing to do with clients satisfaction. A intensive training to understand basics commercial behaviour seams necessary for this team... That's the first time I observe a no- solution manager in a Tru... Second, a gas station Maverick is just in front of the entrance and the hotel is just located at...

« Très bien et très agréable »
