« Stew met us outside and welcomed us to Northwoods Motel. He checked us in and told us about the features of the motel. Our room was very clean and comfortable. It was quiet and comfortable and close to town. We had a couple non-motel related issues and Stew gave good advice and offered to help in any way he could. I would easily stay here again when in Hayward! »

« Should update the pictures. The reason we booked is it showed a hot tub. No longer have one. Pool was super cold. Water out from the tub / shower was orange and brown. For quite some time. Water pressure real low at times so the shower wouldn't work to route the water to. No TV service at all. But the bed was really comfy! I understand things are in progress and being updated. Just really wish there was a hot tub in the pool area like the pics show. »

« Si vous allez à Rice Lake, n'hesitez pas sur cette hotel, il est très propre, très confortable avec les grands lits à l'américaine et en plus le petit déjeuner est gratuit; même si celui-ci n'est pas très alléchant (mais c'est a peu prés partout comme ça dans la région, les USA ne sont pas connus pour leur gastronomie), il a le mérite d'exister. De plus l’hôtel est idealement situé, sur Main street, la rue principale de cette ville typique du fin fond du Wisconsin. »

« The hotel had a horrific smell when you entered. The entire place was disgusting. We got our key went to our room. I checked the mattresses. The mattresses were so stained up that I did not wanna sit on them due to the fact that I was afraid that I was gonna catch some sort of disease the room itself was in shambles it was so stained so dingy so dirty. I didn’t even wanna take my shoes off and walk around because I was so much filth, I took a total of 10 minutes to check out the room. I went to...
