The carriage house is as advertised and within walking distance to downtown Golden, The downside to its location is that it’s on an alley, complete with several abandoned vehicles and other large items that should be removed. The property, though, is fresh and clean and comfortable, and both the manager and the owner were quick to respond to my messages. »

« I stayed here for 2 weeks while in Denver on business. The apartment is well appointed with everything you might need. The kitchen has a small fridge and a microwave, and all the dishes you would need. There is no stove. The living room is comfortable and the couch pulls out to make a queen size bed. The bathroom is very nice with a large walk in shower. All toiletries, towels and linens are provided as expected. The house is close to everything you need. Thanks for the great stay! »

« It was a very pleasant stay at this property m, th hour had everything as described in the listing plus some small extra commodities provided in the bathroom and the kitchen. Didn’t get bother at all by owner as it is the back house. Only thing that need to be fixed is the WiFi signal that was a little weak.Also the house lock master takes a little bit of time to understand. »

The living area is absolutely lovely with windows overlooking sky and treetops, comfortable seating and a pretty and well stocked kitchen. I highly recommend this house! « The property manager was really nice and easy to get ahold of. The kitchen didn’t have very many cooking utensils to use. There also wasn’t much drawer space for your items. The location was 10-15 minutes from the center of downtown Denver and was also near a lake. Overall a pretty good stay! »

« We hit the rare spring snowstorm and it was unexpected but awesome. Beautiful views with and without the snow, which eventually melted. Not far from Evergreen for dining and groceries. Lots of great trails very close - if you are flatlanders like us I recommend the Panorama Point trail just east of downtown Evergreen. The place has everything you need and is very comfortable. Had to call the contact one time and he was very helpful. No issues. »
