Located in NW Eugene off River Road, our beautifully appointed, recently built home offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and modern amenities. My sisters and I had a great time! The house was perfect for our needs, well equipped and very clean. My one year old grandson came to visit so the backyard with the shaded patio was perfect. I do have a couple comments, when I go on vacation and pay for the cleaning service I don't think we should be expected to strip all the beds. Also, I understand bringing out the garbage, especially if it is garbage pick up day, however if you want us to sort the recyclables it would be easier if there was a recycle bin in the house. (Maybe in the laundry room)

Gorgeous relaxing home for our Eugene visit!

We loved spending 5 nights in this great beautiful VRBORooms were great, very comfortable, clean and relaxing. With wonderful space for our group of 4 couples to eat inside or outside at the great table with a propane fire in the center.Or socialize on the comfortable outside lounge furniture or in the spacious living room with leather recliners.The only thing that was not quite perfect was the quality / functionality of the coffee makers

Lived the area and all the house had. Loved how my family had their own room. Clean and well taken care of. Close to U of O which is what we wanted. I guess Wednesday was trash day. We arrived on Wednesday around 4 and there were 2 trash cans over flowing and 6 bags of trash. We had to dispose of our trash another way. Would have lied the trash. And available. We left early on the next Wednesday and made sure the cans were by the road. All in all the trash situation was the only negative but we made do. Thank you for that opportunity to stay at this location.

Great family get away!

Had a wonderful stay at the property. Beginning with the communication with the host and the amazing house, the trip could not have been more satisfying. We enjoyed the large living area, comfortable beds and master bath. We will definitely stay again the next time we are in Eugene!

What a wonderful vacation home! We had so much planned, we didn't even get to enjoy it as much as we would've liked. We thoroughly enjoyed the fireplace due to the weather, we noticed, but didn't get to use the patio and BBQ, maybe a summer visit will be required!

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Eugene for parent’s weekend. Everything was very clean and organized. We had 2 families and there was plenty of room for all of us. Neighborhood was cute and quiet, about 15 minutes from UO but not a bad drive at all. We would definitely stay here again.

Olympic Trials with Family

We were in Eugene this summer for the track and field Olympic Trials at Heyward Field. This was a perfect house for my family (2 teenage sons). It is located in a nice neighborhood just a short drive to campus. House was clean with large bedrooms and a great living area. We loved Eugene and would like to visit again. We'd definitely book this house again.

Feels like a weekend at a friend's house!

Fabulous stay! We had a family wedding to attend at nearby Shadow Hills Golf Club, so the location was perfect. The generous bedrooms allowed our three generations to spread out comfortably. Extremely clean and well-stocked home. We opted for the add-on to hold an event at the home, which was a lovely family dinner after wedding rehearsal. The home was warm and inviting for all. It was easy to bring in catered food and set up a buffet on the bar. Plenty of serving utensils and silverware was a big plus. Quick drive to downtown Eugene for browsing and shopping. Loved the proximity to the Eugene airport for departure day. Would book here again in a heartbeat!

Great property

I want to begin with the things we loved about this VRBO. The location was super great, the house was beautiful, everything was clean and well-labeled and the backyard was great for a cookout! We had a small issue with there not being enough towels left out for our group and the host was amazing at making sure we were able to get the towels in a timely manner. I will say it is very clear that this house has been mistreated and abused in the past from the host's behaviors, notes around the house, and overall comments. I was called 1 day right before our stay and was asked if we really thought this was the right choice for our group. Not only had a done hours of research before booking this property but also it was only one day in advance and even if it was not the right fit we did not have another option. It is also vital that I did book in January for July. There are also signs everywhere with rules, no wiping makeup with white towels and no smoking, while I understand that this is important but it was aggressive to have signs everywhere after already receiving a booklet with this information. Also, the posting says sleeps 11, however, I would say this property sleeps 9 adults and I think it was not fair to note the living room as a bedroom for the air mattress.
