Mon séjour au Mantra à Ettalong
Location d'un petit appartement équipé avec cuisine. Je n'y suis resté que 3 nuits et le ménage est effectué à chaque changement de clientèle ou bien après 8 nuits consécutives. Un client avait signalé qu'il y avait du bruit le soir et qu'il recommandait de choisir des appartements donnant sur l'intérieur, ce que j'ai fait et j'avais vu sur le parking.... Pour ma part je recommande de prendre une location avec vue sur la piscine.... Par ailleurs, je trouve inadmissible que le WiFi ne soit pas fourni gratuitement. Il est demandé 40 AUD pour 3 jours, une honte !!!! Peut être est ce parce que des particuliers possèdent des appartements dans cet immeuble. Mais bon j'étais à Alice Springs et là bas le WiFi est gratuit.. Je pense que dans le pire des cas, l'on peut souscrire à abonnement WiFi auprès de Tesltra et l'on sera couvert partout dans les grandes villes.

Service was nice, rooms were as expected, although a bit of damage on the inside, loose tiles, trip hazard but nothing that ruined the overall experience.

Clean but room needs revamping
Check in and check out was amazing, quick and the staff were all very friendly. Bed was only a double bed not queen and linen was clean but the carpet, curtains and bathroom need replacing as looking tired. Such a shame as prime position for a weekend away.

The swimming pool was too full and we could get a chance to swim . Also my sister was rushed to hospital and they didn’t let me cancel the room i paid for and i needed to leave straight away . I didn’t even stay the night , i checked in and within 5 hours . Very sad that they couldn’t refund me or charge me half a day . Overall the resort was too busy , but it very clean and the front desk ladies are friendly

You pay a premium price you expect to have half decent bedding, manchester and clean floors. What we got was like a brothal bedding was like a boomerang sheets where all stained floor looked like the kids painted a muriel with cigarette burns and the stale smell of the room. We found it nice and clean. Beautiful outlook. Just the beds were not comfortable, very hard. They need to upgrade or put mattresses toppers on them.

Glorious location everything so accessible . Ettalong is a lovely quiet pretty place and Mantra has prime position. Pool view room so nice with big balcony . Highly recommended.

Great spot enjoyed our stay, but the room itself was looking very tired the carpet was stained and worn out the furniture in the lounge was way past replacing even had a cigarette burn on the table you would find better furniture on the side of the road, The bed was very comfortable and for the outdoor furniture it looked as though it was about 20 years old again a cigarette burn on the table. The unit we stayed in was about 10 years past its use by date which is shame given its beautiful location.

I gave a three for property condition as there were some unfinished things in the room and no room service until 5.30 pm was A big problem for us but apart from those issues we were very happy with the excellent service we received and staff were very helpful when we needed to change our room
