« Wi-Fi didn’t work. Elevator broke temporarily. Breakfast was absolutely atrocious. Staff was not very friendly and unhelpful in regards to the Wi-Fi. The two hardest workers on the property were the maintenance men. They get an A+. »

« The front desk employee was very nice and helpful. Didn’t use the amenities so I don’t have an option on it. The toilet moved when you sat on it and the tub didn’t drain properly. the air vent in the bathroom was super dusty one of the sheets had a stain on it but that was changed out very swiftly. »

« The pool was heated and very nice though I would have preferred it a few degrees cooler. Beds were not the most comfortable but we're not awful. Pillows were smaller than normal. We missed breakfast as we arrived late and slept in. The metal plate that you put out to make sure nobody gets into your room like housekeeping or somebody with not installed properly.
