« The property was beautiful and well kept. I would love to stay here again! The owner was so communicative and very nice. I highly recommend this property! »

« We were very impressed with the property manager's prompt communication and ability to respond to questions in less than an hour. Bed was very comfortable (you just never really know and we're picky!) and really appreciated the shampoo/conditioner/shower gel (smelled great!) in the bathroom. Couple of minor suggestions: Bed sheets were not cotton so a little on the hotter side, we could have used a few extra towels (if we would have asked I am positive the property manager would have brought...

« It was great, no issues at all. The only weird thing was that there was no trash can. »

« Home was decorated fun and whimsical! Place was super clean. Covered parking spot off the street was key for us as we had a car full of stuff and didn’t worry about it at all!Wonderful host and experience! Totally will stay there again when we are back in Phoenix. »

« Very beautiful place and the host was very good at communicating! Will definitely stay again! »

« We truly enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, Phoenix is too hot for us New Mexicans so didn’t get to see any sites. The decorations in condo were beautiful and really fit in with the space. There were many amenities which we didn’t have much time to utilize but nice to have there. I loved the location of condo to where we wanted to go. Nice quiet neighborhood. The host was absolutely available and willing to help with any concerns. Would love to rent this exact Vbro next time I am here for...

« The bed was very comfortable and the place was clean. The fan light in the room kept going on and off so we were unable to use the fan in the room. Moving air would have been more comfortable. »

« Our apartment was very nice and very conveniently located. Our host was friendly and very responsive to any of our needs. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider returning. »

« Upon arrival the electronic code I was given didn't work. I called VRBO and they could not reach the management company and required that I record myself trying to get in. After an hour they finally reached someone and gave me a 2nd code, which didn't work. After even more time on the phone with VRBO, they gave me a number for the management company and that guy tried to walk me through it like I was an idiot. Finally, he determined something was wrong with the box and gave me the fire...

« Our unit was clean and very comfortable. It’s also located near really good restaurants and bars. We’ll definitely return if we have to stay in Phoenix overnight again. »

« The had everything we needed for a short and busy week in Phoenix. Vince, the host, was very engaging before, during, and after the stay. »

« Check-in and communication with the host was good, location was great, there is no dedicated on-site parking… it’s street parking. However the power in our VRBO was not working and it took over 4 hours to get it situated. We had to wait 4 hours, get ready in the dark for our event only to find out they had another VRBO in the complex we were staying at… So instead of just moving us to that one they made us wait until the last possible second and switched us. We understand this is a business but...

« Absolutely beautiful!! Not only was it very clean, but I felt like I was at a luxury hotel! There was a fully stocked kitchen, with good coffee (Starbucks pods), special treats candy, chips. The fridge had loads of water bottles. The bathrooms had several amenities tissues, Q-tips, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, baby wipes. In the master bedroom, the nightlight on the table was touch operational with a built in phone charger. Parking was easy right by the building. The host was very...

« Great location! There are restaurants and a grocery store nearby. The parking was close to the apartment and it was very quiet. It has a funky loft like feeling and the large island was useful. We would definitely stay there again. »

« This is such a cute property. The beds and linens were great. The host Jay was perfectly responsive to any questions. He let us bring our dog and we really appreciated this. We were traveling for my husbands health care treatment and having his dog is very important. Overall great experience. Thank you! »

« This location was amazing! Perfect for what we needed. The studio was extremely clean. Check in was easy as well. All these things are important to me so it was a 5/5 stay »

« Great location. Comfortable room and the host is very easy to communicate with. »

« Property seemed great from reviews- but we were so disappointed!!! This listing quoted it 'sleeps 3' when the studio only had 1 queen bed, and a dirty small bench that did not pull out to a bed...and no other place for a 3rd person to sleep. And no extra linens or pillow or anything. And to make matters worse - VRBO 'customer service' gave no options to help besides messaging the host. We had to find other accommodations and got hardly any refund back for the fact that we could not stay and had...
