« The facility was clean and appeared to be well maintained. The staff was very helpful during our stay. One thing about customer service I didn't like was the fact that we arrived the premises at about 2:30pm and requested early check-in barely 30min earlier after a 6 hour flight from Boston into the burning heat of AZ, common courtesy was to allow us check-in early. The staff eventually honored our request after minutes of negotiations. Overall our stay was great. I'll recommend »

« The place was great. The pool was clean and the hot tub was hot. There is a very large TV in the living room, but only 1 bedroom had a TV, and the remote for that one was missing, and since that TV had no buttons on the side, it was unusable. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The bathrooms were nice, but when leaving the shower, the floor was like walking on ice; extremely slippery.
