Estes Park is known for its lively festivals, from the Scottish-Irish Highland Festival to Elk Fest, along with live music, holiday parades, and endless entertainment.

Security camera details: RING doorbell and backdoor camera monitored only intermittently by owner who lives out of town. Vacasa does not have access to the camera stream. Cameras only face front driveway and the back yard areas.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

NO AIR CONDITIONER

We reached out multiple times to inquire about air conditioning and were told we must be doing the thermostat wrong. They submitted a ticket for repair and that company verified there was NO air conditioning. The temps were in high 80’s and the house was HOT to sleep at night. The microwave was broken. Light in small bathroom didn’t work and none of the light fixtures in the kitchen worked. These are all things that others have complained about so clearly maintenance doesn’t get done. The deck furniture is filthy and there is an old leather recliner on deck that looks trashy, is disgusting and needs to be tossed. First glance the house is nice and location is nice.

Weekend Sister Book Club

This is actually a module Home. It was very clean. Everything was in working condition. Was a little disappointed because it says it has a fire place so I brought wood and once in a sign above the fireplace said “No Fires Please”. When I read reviews I look to see if the beds are comfortable. Hard to find, so I will say they need new pillows and the beds were OK. All in All we enjoyed the stay and the location is exceptional!

Worst experience ever

Not enough space to tell the whole story. In a nutshell. Electrical issue blew our iPhone beyond repair. Non working microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot. Old and outdated bathroom and a toilet sink in closet for half bath. This place was terrible. Started trying to reach someone the first day we arrived and no one ever came to even check it out. No pots and pans to cook on stove. We ended up having to eat out most of our meals which was an added expense. This place ruined our vacation unfortunately with all its downfalls.no customer service. Obviously previous issues like ours according to the reviews left by previous guests in this place both on VRBO and in house guest book on property. Yet they told me this was the first they had ever heard of any such issues! I had to send them pictures of the comments from previous guests. This place is more like a single wide trailer than a home as small as it is.

Visit to Rocky Mountain National Park

My family planned a last minute trip to both Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. We very much enjoyed our stay. We loved the location and privacy of the home. We were able to see many elk on the golf course each evening and other wildlife in the early morning.

This house was comfortable and cozy. Not quite what we expected for 7 people, a little small and 1 shower for 7 people was certainly a challenge. Tires on the bikes needed pumped up and we had to attach a new propane tank to have smores on the deck. Needs updating.

Great Location

The location of this home was fantastic. It is at the end of a road facing a golf course, so it is quiet but yet close to town. I was glad that it was very cool while we were there because from reading other reviews, I don't believe the AC works or that there is AC. This really needs to be made clear for guests because it would have been unbearable if the weather would have been as hot as it was supposed to be while we were there. It is a very cute home and was very clean on the interior. The outside deck could have used a good cleaning so that it felt more comfortable to sit out there. What each home provides needs to be very clear from home to home. This home did not have coffee (the huge can was empty) or sugar, etc. which was ok, but we came from a previous home with all of these so did not have them for this house. A list on the website listing would be nice so that the guests would know what to bring. The toaster oven and microwave on at the same time blew a fuse, so we were careful after that. Overall, we loved staying here. The things above were just minor, and we would stay here again. It is a perfect location!

Wonderful location.

We knew we’d have a chance to see some wildlife being so close to the golf course, but we were amazed to see two bull Elks fighting in the front yard. We will try to stay again soon.

Great location. The place was clean and had all the amenities that we needed. We loved the porch and its views of the lake and mountains. We would stay here again if we travel back to Estes Park.

Great Location

Great location, close to Estes and RMNP, but not in the busy area so it was quiet. It fit our family well and we enjoyed playing cards around the kitchen table, watched a couple shows on the good t.v., super easy access to RMNP. We played golf on the 9 hole course right outside the front door. We were a little disappointed with a few small things: no ice or ice trays, dirty pillow case, a little run down with missing door knobs, smoke detector that went off for no reason, but these were not deal breakers.

Highly recommend!

It has a beautiful view of mountains and golf course. It is very comfortable and we really enjoyed sitting out on the deck the most. The only thing that didnt work was the gas fire pit. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful views, clean home, poor customer service

Our experience with this home was marred simply by bizarre interactions with the property management. Here they are: Messaged the company asking if an early check-in was possible for my parents who were getting to Estes before me. I messaged on both the VRBO app and replied to their welcome email just to cover both bases. The email response was immediate and said they could check in three hours early. So they did! Then ten minutes from the original check in time, I get a message on the VRBO app stating that we cannot check in early and that the reservation holder needs to be the first person into the house. I ignored it because that ship had already sailed and I had already gotten prior permission? So weird. Half of the house didn't have electricity at the beginning, and we suspected that was due to tripped breakers. I messaged and emailed asking where the breaker box was and they never responded. Eventually we found it and was able to reset the breakers. The written instructions said that trash would be picked up on Mondays, but that didn't happen. I messaged the management and I honestly wish I had enough space in the review to write what they said word for word, because it involved "understanding the local bear trash laws", asking us to haul our trash "33.2 miles from this house", and finally apologizing for the previous response but still stating we can haul our trash to the Estes Park Transfer Station. We simply ignored this final message. Bizarre.

Gorgeous view. Clean. Lots of wildlife came to visit which made it extra special - deer, elk. Kitchen and bathrooms well stocked. 1 mile from downtown Estes. Comfortable - we were a group of 5 and never felt cramped. Thank you !!

Outstanding all around!

The property is so beautiful! Everything is well kept. Private beach was perfect. Luis and Glynis were incredible to work with! Very attentive from the time we booked! Made sure we had beyond what we needed and everyone was really kind throughout the trip!
