« The hotel is great; we stay here several times a year. Expedia made the reservation incredibly difficult by changing dates. I’ll never use Expedia again. This is the 2nd time they’ve adjusted the check in/check out times I’ve put in and it creates a lengthy process to update it and get a refund. »
