« Loved the property and listing was accurate. Communication with owner was prompt in certain areas and non existent in others. My circumstances were unique in that our stay was due to a family member’s hospitalization, thus requiring additional communication with owner. Would have loved to extend our stay but again, could not reach owner. »

« The house was perfectly located for local activities. The house was very clean and nicely furnished. The kitchen also had everthing you could need. The Primary suite bed was extremely comfortable and made me look forward to sleep each night. The hosts were great with communication and needs before and during our stay. A nice place to stay for our next visit to BA and T-town. »

« Manager was informed of the condition of the home and honestly just didn’t care. The floors were DISGUSTING! The bathtub and Sinks were DISGUSTING! The towels were dirty. My kids feet turned black from walking in them after her shower. The drains were all so full of old hair that the water was backing up in the tub and sink. The towels had hair all over them, I’d be surprised if they had even washed them. And it says recently remodeled? But the walls are cracked, the paint is chipped and peeling...

« Daughter and I visited my granddaughter who goes to TU. The house was perfect for us! Very close to the campus in a nice quiet neighborhood. Some of the pleasant surprises were the private back yard with a deck and comfy chairs for watching birds, squirrels and bunnies; lights above the twin beds for reading; caring and gracious hosts. We had to unexpectedly keep the granddaughter's cat that we brought for her for a few days and Justin was very understanding. We also enjoyed the extra room...

« This was a cozy cottage home that we rented for the weekend for a volleyball tournament. It was beautifully appointed and decorated with design flair. With only one extra bedroom, it may work best with small children or same sex children, but we made it work with my teenage son and daughter by pulling the trundle mattress to the living room for my son. The host communicated very well and responded quickly when an issue arose. It's right in front of the Expo Center, so it was great when needing...
