« Came in for the weekend to attend a graduation at TU. This was the perfect place to stay. »

« We loved our stay at this property. We were in Tulsa to run races at the Golden Driller Marathon at the nearby Tulsa River West Festival Park. The apartment was very comfortable, especially for recovering after our races. The location is great with inviting restaurants within walking distance. « I've stayed here twice in the past month. It is the perfect place for me! The ONLY negative thing is that no matter how many plug ins, fans or sprays used, there's a horrible sewage smell that cant even be covered up. »

« We stayed for our anniversary and wanted to explore Downtown Tulsa. This place was perfect!! Walking distance to so many restaurants and bars plus a nice 5 minute walk to downtown! The view from the sliding window/balcony was freaking awesome!! »

« Overall, We would stay again. The shower door was a challenge because it leaked into the corner onto the floor. I could not speak with the property manager because the link would not work. The link to communicate needs to be fixed. The place is darling, and I definitely would highly recommend it. »

« We had a great time celebrating our 30th anniversary. Property is clean and easy to get to and within walking distance to the places we wanted to visit. Our only complaint was the barking dog in 406….but that is beyond the control of the property manager. Our door access code didn’t work, but the property manager was quick to respond and had us fixed within minutes of me sending a message. If you are looking to visit down town Tulsa, this is one of the best options we’ve stayed in. »

« See title. Needed a place close to my mom where I could work quietly when not taking her to appts or caring for her in her place. Owner/manager was helpful getting me set up in short notice and the place was perfect. Exactly what you see in the pictures. Will absolutely stay here again next time I’m in Tulsa. Thanks so much »

« We stayed here 4 nights and overall enjoyed the place. Fully stocked kitchen, dining room, and living room were comfortable. Light sleepers should be aware that the bedroom backs up to a semi-busy road, so the noise from traffic can get pretty loud. »

« We stayed for 3 nights, and it is a cute little 2 bed 1 bath. The walls are super thin, and the door handles are a bit funky. We all got locked in the bathroom several times because the doorknob is jacked. The bathroom sink hardly let out any water, the tub wasn't draining all the way so you stood in your shower water the whole time, and we had to keep plunging the toilet. I had trouble locking the door at one point and called the manager and they were very disinterested in the issue, borderline...

Very quiet neighborhood. Communication went well with owners. They were responsive and helpful. The location we chose was close to everything we needed. Would stay here again no question. »
