« The room was top notch. Staff was superb and very friendly and helpful! Breakfast was great a lot to choose from eggs sausages biscuits gravy waffles donuts danish cereal top of the line s are always fresh and hot. Staff even came around and ask if everything was okay! Didn't get to use pool and hot tub this time but looked great! Would highly recommend this hotel for sure! »

« Evening staff when we went to check in was unhelpful to the process. I booked 2 rooms with 2 queens. They changed one of our rooms to a king and made to call management to fix and change it back, second room information was never updated, told the other party members who arrived hours before myself that their room doesn't exist. Had to spend an hour on the phone trying to fix the problem and $900 extra dollars on booking a new hotel for the rest of out party because they were sold out. Left...

« Place has very old carpets, electrical outlets most the most part are useless, old and wear off towels, old and dirty room couches. »

« Bon confort, cependant le divan-lit n'avait pas été nettoyé en dessous ni dans les cracks car nous avons trouvé un bas et du mangé et ce fût compliqué d'avoir des draps pour celui-ci. Pas eu de nouvelles serviettes ni débarbouillette pendant le séjour. Pour le restant, sensiblement bien. »

« Check in scheduled for 4pm, we arrived at 7:30pm only to not have a room ready. Although the gentleman at the desk was apologetic, we still had to wait about 30 minutes for a room. We then decided to grab a quick bite in the lobby restaurant, and waited about an hour for ice cold chicken wings.
