« 12:30am the smoke alarm starts going off. Everyone on our floor starts to come out of their rooms, a few people ran to the front desk to ask what was going on. The man working the desk was less than helpful. Not walking down the hall to tell everyone it’s ok that it was just someone smoking in their room. « Limited parking, room clean, lumpy bed, and mildew in the bathroom. Day 1: limited hot water for shower, Day 2: cold water, then no water for nearly 2 hours, Day 3: luke warm water for 5 minutes, then cold. I had to ask for additional towels and was clothes at day 4 (was only given 2 cloths and 2 towels to start with). I was charged 3 times for my stay here and got the run around when I complained. »

« Overall we had a really good stay outside of the hotel was a little sketchy however the inside was very nice and accommodating staff was really great and work out room was really nice. We had a couple of issues with the air conditioning but the staff was excellent at assisting and trying to rectify any issues we had. Overall it was a great stay! »

« Overall we had a great experience at this place. The theater room qas a big hit with the kids. Plenty of space for us and the oeedect amiunt of rooms. Bathrooms were nice. The drain in the master bath needs to be worked on. It backed up pretty bad. The hot tub had apparently been blown open by the wind the night before we arrived.
