Hôtel très sympas. par contre nous avions noté et payé une réservation avec petit déjeuner malheureusement pas de petit déjeuner et personne ne nous répond même pas le site… censé pourtant bien noté sur la réservation sinon hôtel, personnel très agréable manque peut-être un bar pour se poser et boire un verre

I liked the view from the room we stayed in (golf course and pond view), we enjoyed the different pools and we enjoyed grilling. Also, the weather was perfect!

This place is not taking care of! Nothing work properly! All the games are broken or updated Hal of the firepit we tried didn’t worked even the one in the room! No service in the pool area the guy closed the bar when the pool was starting to be busy so silly!!! The manager of this place should really change line of work! Unacceptable!

We loved it here! It was so nice and quiet! Such a great staycation! So Family friendly and so much to do. There was a kitchen which was so useful and they were stocked with pots/pans/playes/cups/utensils and even grill amenities. It has a toaster, microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. Also has a little closet in the hallway with a broom/vacuum/iron/ironboard. The bathroom was pretty big with good water pressure and stocked with shampoo/conditioner/bodywash. Would definitely recommend! And would definitely stay again I wish check in time was earlier and check out was a little later to enjoy more but we did love the two pools and splash pad. So fun for the kids and us adults!

Beautifully maintained grounds. The unit needed work. Badly scuffed baseboards, dirty carpet, chairs near end of life. Mold in the shower. Expedia booked us into a different part of the resort than was described and shiwn in pictures. We'll never use Expedia again.

We did not care that our room was on the 3rd floor ( 2 stair wells down below ground level).No elevators. With check in time at 4 pm and check out @ 10 Am...for the price of the room should be 11am check out and 3 pm check in.

It’s in a beautiful setting but the amenities are a bit old. The room is large, nice space. The restaurants are old and a lot smelly.

I was surprised when I found out that a lot of people got there rooms for free when we paid over full price for mine. We did get a couple of free tickets to the Safari and the zoo. I am disappointed that Expedia did not tell me it was a time share.

As a solo traveller, this resort was the wrong choice. I felt unsafe to walk around the property after dark, even to walk to the restaurant. It was too isolated for solo travel. I ended up staying in my room after dark and checked out after 1 night.

From the moment we arrived we experienced inconveniences. Resort was very spread out and every employee would either give us a different/incorrect answer or didn’t have an answer so we wasted a lot of time for what should have been very simple. Very frustrating. Unit was very outdated, was not thoroughly clean upon entry, a maintenance tech even came by asking if everything was “working okay” as he was supposed to have “inspected” the unit before we were let in. Ridiculous. The unit above us sounded like they were moving furniture all night and early morning or it was under construction. Front desk rang very loudly after 9:30 pm waking us up (we were already in bed tired from travel). We agreed to a 90 min sales meeting which went well over 2 hours because THEY were running late. I could go on and on. You could not pay me to stay at this property ever again.

Two of the three advertised dining options are always closed and staff have no idea if and when they will open. The third dining option is only open certain days of the week. You will need to bring your own groceries and cook in your room for every meal or drive about 20 minutes outside of the resort to find food. Rooms are in disrepair - holes in blankets, stains on upholstery, broken furniture and decor. Resort property is massive and beautiful but you will need to drive everywhere. There is an advertised shuttle to get you around, but we found it incredibly inconsistent. One might we had to walk a mile back to our rooms with sleepy kids at bedtime because there wasn't enough staff to pick us up in the shuttle. There were lots of activities for kids and the staff running the activities were very kind and doing the best with what was available to them (broken games and equipment). Our stay felt more like renting a run down airbnb with a good community pool than a 4 star resort.

Beautiful location . The only thing I didn’t like was the invited us to the timeshare meeting I went with open mind to see if it was worth it buying it but the sales man was rude and giving attitude. Until the supervisor notice and came to apologize but it was too late because by the time I was already thinking about leaving the place.

Like: Beautiful scenery, quiet, pools are warm, beds are comfortable including the couch pull out, they keep the towel cabinet open so you dont have to call for towels, which is nice, bbq pits, fire pit, golf course, full kitchen with utensils, and food was good at the Grill. Dislikes: no elevators, parking is not the greatest, and staff wasnt very accommodating. I asked to be close to our family and we were told we were, but we were literally 3 buildings away (which its a large property) and when i called front desk to see about changing rooms (the room next to my family was unoccupied) they said they would ask management and call back. I stayed there for 4 days, no one ever called us back... that was disappointing. It was a far walk everytime we had to do anything... and you have to walk because theres never parking near your hotel rooms.... Overall, it was a nice resort and we loved our stay.
