The Space:

• Sleeping Arrangements: Bedroom 1 with a queen bed, Bedroom 2 with king bed and a futon, Bedroom 3 with a queen bed, Bedroom 4 with a double-twin daybed (almost the size of king bed), and a sleeper sofa in the living room – plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably.

• Kitchen: Fully equipped with a gas stovetop, coffee maker, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, pots & pans and plenty of plates – perfect for cooking up meals at home.

• Living Areas: Enjoy the spacious living room with a 75” Samsung TV for entertainment, air conditioning or heating to keep you comfortable, and a wonderful space to unwind after a day of exploring.

• Family Room: Imagine a cozy and inviting family room perfect for relaxation. The centerpiece of the space is a natural gas fireplace with safety guard. Comfortable sofas, adorned with soft throw pillows, are positioned near the hearth, offering a perfect spot to curl up with a book or enjoy a wonderful moment with friends and family.

• Private hot tub: The private hot tub at this place offers the perfect way to relax. Nestled in a serene outdoor setting in a peaceful, natural retreat. The bubbling water invites you to sink in and let the soothing jets ease away any tension, while the warm steam rises into the air. Soft lighting gently illuminates the area in the evening, creating a tranquil ambiance perfect for star-gazing or enjoying a glass of wine.

We do have a video doorbell and three outdoor only security cameras in the property. One security camera is facing the street above the garage and other two are in the backyard facing away from the hot tub and living space in the backyard for safety and security purposes. We by no means intend to intrude on any of your privacy or enjoyment of the home.
