This 2 bedroom 2 bath home is ready to host your adventures in paradise. You can start by enjoying your morning coffee on the screened lanai. A washer and dryer are on site for your convenience. You may dock your boat right off the backyard! The canal is concrete lined. The garage has 4 kayaks with life jackets and paddles ready for you to explore our waterways. Please rinse kayaks, paddles and life jackets after each use.


*Boat lift is not available for guest use. This home welcomes no more than 2 small (under 20#) dogs with approval. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $150 + tax per dog. Cats are not permitted.

Maximum Occupancy/Gatherings: Our properties are in residential areas and are rented for personal vacation uses only. Each property has a specific maximum occupancy. Parties and other large gatherings are not permitted. Those who break this rule risk forfeiture of their security deposit, rental fees, and eviction. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions OR Rental Agreement (if --) at the time you make your reservation.

Please note that payments on VRBO do NOT match ours. Each of our properties has a Security Deposit NOT shown on --. Initial payments include the property's refundable Security (Damage) Deposit, 25% of the total rental fee, and the booking fee. Damage Deposit refund will be processed within 30 days of departure.
